Great service, prompt, courteous and very professional.

This has to be one of the most pleasant experiences of my life. We met with Joel and John at the dealership. We took out a few different models for a test drive. We got loads of info from the guys and they showed us the comparison between the models and what was most important on each of them. The eye-sight feature is really cool. Hopefully this will be a standard feature on all cars in the future. Joel really helped us find the right vehicle and he got us top dollar for our trade in. We left the dealership feeling like we got the right set of wheels at the best deal. I give Joel 5 more stars for being such a cool cat and treating us like royalty. If you're in the market for a new car, I'd recommend that you swing by and check out this dealership. Joel will give you top notch service and be straight with you on what he has on the lot for you to drive. This is actually our second time here. We liked the Forester, but my wife wanted to check out some other makes. After some thought, we agreed the Forester was the right choice, plus we liked Joel so much that it was the tipping factor for us to go with the Subaru. When people love their job, that usually shows in the quality of their product.

I'm a foreign worker just get relocated to silicon valley recently. I went to several car dealers on Stevens Creek Blvd. and Max Baluch in Stevens Creek Subaru is the most friendly and kind car salesman I met. He is very helpful to someone is fresh off the boat like me. He explained how things work here, and also very patient to answer my questions. He earned my trust and my deal. Thank you, Max!

Stevens Creek Subaru has an awesome crew! I've went to many places in search for the car I wanted. From emailing Santa Cruz all the way to Elk Grove, only Steven Creek Subaru was able to accommodate the price I asked for. Several dealership ignored me, one insulted me on the price. Gurpreet Grewal who helped me through the internet pricing and got the price I wanted before I waste my time and theirs going in to check out the car. I told them I'll give them a decision by a certain day. They kept their promise on price and held the car I wanted. Roy Almeyda who partner with Gurpreet, took his time explaining me the details of my new car. Down to my financial guy. Whom also gave me a break on extra care for my car services. All in all, I walked out, even though, a lot more than I wanted, a happy client with the car I wanted. I'm enjoying my 2016 Premium All weather with EyeSight every time I drive it. A NEW SUBARU OWNER.

Shane Amirkiai was very polite, handled the test drive, and answered all our common questions regarding the 2016 BRZ. Shane did not push or make us feel like we were not right for this vehicle. Shane provided us with a quote and we were in and out in less than 2-hours. I bought my Subaru Outback from Max Baluch this Saturday. I had a WONDERFUL experience with Max and the Subaru Dealership. We first met him the previous Sunday and immediately I had good vibes with him, because he cared enough to write down my name, my husband's as well as for my 9 year old daughter. We went back the next week (3/19) to purchase the car. We got there before 4 PM but didn't get out until 10:50 PM. I didn't anticipate it taking this long to purchase a car, but to the Dealership's credit it was a crazy busy day. Max kept us hydrated and in company throughout the wait. The longest wait period was just waiting for the Finance Dept but they did sell 21 cars that day, so I completely understand the wait. I was the last customer to leave. And what was wonderful was that Max took his time to go over the car in DETAIL. He stayed 2 hours past his scheduled work day just to make sure we were completely educated on the car. And I have to say he knows so much about the car, even though he's only worked at Subaru for 4-5 weeks. He was so knowledgeable that couldn't even tell he was new to Subaru! If you want an excellent experience, go to Stevens Creek Subaru and find Max! Also, I hope you get Ali the Finance Manager. He was so nice and respectful. All in all, i feel that my experience at Subaru was fantastic.
