I bought a new Subaru Impreza from Stevens Creek Subaru two weeks ago. The service was great. Mortaza Azim helped me from test drive to going over the manuals, and throughout the process he was professional, friendly, and focused on making sure I left happy. After I negotiated the price and made the deal, the hand off to the finance and insurance manager was seamless. I came in at 6:30pm on a Friday to buy the car and the dealership staff acted as energetic as if it were a weekday morning. My only complaint is that the salesperson who was originally going to show me the car called an hour before our appointment to ask if we could reschedule for several hours later because he was in a meeting (I said no, and Mortaza showed it to me instead). Overall a good experience at the dealership.

I went to the dealership around 6pm Saturday, and Mr. Cemal Unal (jamal) was very energatic and helpful for me. I had a question regarding the WRX STI HyperBlue, he told me everything about the car and helped to decide between the HyperBlue and a regular STI. He is also a great driver and allowed me to test drive a STI teaching me everything about the car. When we got back from the test drive, he spent a lot of time helping me to find a perfect trim level and option packages. I had great time in Stevens Creek Subaru with Mr. Jamal.

Stevens Creek BLVD. Subaru has really good customer service skills. Hossien was really helpful and did everything he could to help me buy a car within my budget and needs. Thank you very much and I am really enjoying my new toy.

Got our 2016 Subaru Forester there as a new nonimmigrant worker (lacking much of the required papers/credit history), and these guys still treated me like family. There are two main things I can comment on: 1) The sales agent - Joel Fedaie is an amazing persona, a very rare kind, who caused us to come back and consider the brand to begin with. He's professional & really honest - and this was super important to us. 2) The management team - was attentive and flexible and were keen to help, beyond just the textbook selling

I recently bought an Outback from Stevens Creek Subaru. This is my 3rd Subaru purchase and the purchase experience at this dealership was the best one. Enes was the salesperson I worked with. He was very helpful and pulled everything together quickly to complete the sales process. Haven't had a chance to try their service department yet, but I will be there next time I need service!

Excellent experience with febrianto in the sales department! He was so patient and helpful when my friend and I who are first time car buyers were both interested in purchasing Subarus.
