Bought a 2016 Outback with all the bells and whistles there yesterday. Process was a breeze. Love the new car.

I purchased my 2015 Subaru Outback from Stevens Creek Subaru in April 2015, and it was a great experience overall. I did the entire transaction over email as I was moving to the Bay Area. I had many email exchanges with Matt K., and he was courteous, professional, and detailed throughout the entire process. We were able to agree on a price, and when I physically arrived, Matt picked me up in my new Subaru from the Santa Clara Caltrain station. It was great to see an odometer with only 10 miles on it. At the dealership, there was some upselling for additional warranty and other add-ons when we were going through the finance paperwork, but I did not feel any significant pressure. I drove out of the dealership in a couple of hours as the happy owner of a brand new Subaru. I'd like to also add another shoutout to Troy C. in the Service department, as he has helped me on a couple of occasions. I've had to replace my windshield about a week ago and I called to setup an appointment with Stevens Creek Subaru. Even though I had confirmed the parts availability, I was not aware that they had to outsource the labor to a 3rd party. When I arrived for my appointment, Troy found out about this disconnect, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately worked to secure an appointment with the 3rd party service provider. Luckily, they were able to send someone on short notice, and as a result, I got my windshield replaced promptly. More recently, my wife dropped a ring and pendent near the passenger seat, and we were unable to find it. The ring was of significant sentimental value, so I called Troy for help. Again, he was very responsive and said we could come in anytime, understanding that this was somewhat of an emergency. Although he was very busy when we arrived, he still took care of us, and ultimately was able to find a mechanic, Matt, to take a look. Matt was exception as well, and very quickly to our relief, he found both the ring and pendant, which fell under the carpet via a hole near the base of the seat. So far, I've been very pleased with my purchase and service experiences with Stevens Creek Subaru, and with excellent folks like Matt K., Troy C., and Matt (didn't catch the last name) the mechanic, I'm not surprised.

I did not buy from Stevens Creek, but I was between two dealerships. Stevens Creek was not able to match the ridiculous offer I got, but Cemal (jamal) was extremely professional and polite. He did everything in his power to match the price and even tried to help on his days off. That's dedication. Had the dealership been closer to my house (6hr drive) I would have definitely purchased from him.

Manny was great! I met with him a few weeks ago and we test drove the Forester and the Crosstrek. I went to a few other dealerships but eventually came back to Subaru Stevens Creek to test drive the cars one more time and to make my decision. Hamed introduced himself to me on Black Friday and I could tell this man meant business (as I am in sales myself). We took the Crosstrek for a spin again and met up with Manny. The haggling took 5 hours but in the end I went home with a beautiful silver Crosstrek. Thank you both! JF

I visited this dealership last week on Black Friday expecting to just test drive a car and come home with it a few days later. However, the salesperson I worked with surprised my dad and I! Shane, the salesperson, told us our car was actually ready to pick up the day of. I had a good experience at this dealership. Shane was really helpful and enthusiastic when he was going over the features of the car. He knew what he was doing and was very helpful with any questions my dad and I had. I definitely recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a car. :)
