The advisor explained to me what things would be checked in my car for a minor maintenance. He was extremely kind and respectful. He said it would be an hour and a half and it did take as much time. There were no delays.

Best Subaru dealership in the Bay area. When you are here look for Gurpreet, awesome sales rep, he knows WRX in and out. There car prices are competitive and if you are in luck you may get good discounts too. Aa I said ask for Gurpreet or Hossain.

Our experience with Cemal was very pleasant and on point. We came to the dealer asking for Cemal because he has reached out to me via email after my inquiry om edmund.com. After the test drive I didn't come back because I needed to think about the purchase. Cemal was great because he wasn't being pushy by sending me emails or calling me asking me to come back. I liked that about him. I came back to purchase my 2017 Legacy a few days later. The negotiation was short and sweet, we got what we asked for and everything went great. First time car buyer here. Did my research on how to approach the process and started off getting internet quotes. Cemal (Jamal) gave me an insane price for EXACT WRX I wanted, whenever I wanted it. Still wanted to explore my options with other cars in the similar segment like the Focus ST.. VW GTI.. Was close to biting the bullet for the Focus ST, but made a full circle back to Stevens Creek Subaru. Even after sourcing out other prices, Cemal gave me the no bullsh*t price for the car. If you don't believe me, go check it out for yourself.. Costco auto buying program can't even beat their prices. Ordered the car, put down a deposit, and the car came fast. Financing process went well, and now I own a Subaru :). TLDR: Cemal lives up to the hype.

We purchased a Subaru Crosstrek today and received awesome service from Matt K and Masood. Very friendly and easy to work with and they upgraded our purchase as the car we were originally purchasing had already been reserved for someone else.
