I came to Stevens Creek Subaru yesterday after being treated like an uninformed stupid woman by the Internet Sales person at Capitol Subaru who was not even willing to negotiate. My mom and I were greeted by the salesperson named Taz right away and what an amazing experience he gave me! Not only was he sympathetic and apologetic to how I was previously treated, but he was more than willing to work with me because I had done my research homework of the Impreza's worth and fair value price. If you want to work with someone who will actually listen/treat you like a human being, listen carefully to your needs, have GENUINE character, kindness, integrity and a willingness to make YOU the customer happy, then please ask for Taz. He worked so hard for me and was the most real salesperson I have ever met. The amount of effort he put into helping me buy my first brand new Subaru was nothing short of astounding from the moment we stepped on the lot, all the way to filling up my tank so I could drive it off the lot. Honestly, every person I encountered at Stevens Creek Subaru was extremely pleasant, helpful and gave first class customer service. Even some great humor and quality of human civil rights was refreshing with Ali in the finance department. It is clear this dealership is the number one Subaru dealership in the area with it's strong core values, excellent customer service and the passion to connect and help others. I can't say thank enough to Taz, he is a hardworking and really good guy, so please look for him if you also want a wonderful car buying experience.

I was looking to purchase a 2017 Subaru Legacy to replace my truck as my commuter vehicle. I wanted to purchase it before the end of the August to take advantage of the 0% financing deal. I emailed a few dealerships and the price quotes I received from Stevens Creek Subaru were definitely the best. On 8/29 the internet sales rep at Stevens Creek told me to come down that day since they had the color and trim that I wanted. I came down after work but the sales rep wasn't around. This is when I meet Frank Homayoun. He had another appointment in 20mins but said he could help me out. Frank took me on a test drive, answered all my questions about the vehicle, and explained why the gas mileage rating was different from the 2016 model. Frank gave me a great deal on the car and I left very satisfied with the whole process. If you looking to purchase a new vehicle I would definitely recommend Frank at Stevens Creek Subaru.

I was looking to purchase a 2017 BRZ and ended up dealing with Shane Amirkiai. I had contacted a few other dealerships in the market and received very little help, After requesting information online about when preorders would open up at Steven's Creek. Shane let me know as soon as they did. He made it easy for me to put down the preorder ASAP, didn't overcharge me, helped me get great financing and has maintained contact since the transaction to ensure everything is moving smoothly. Shane was amazing from beginning to end and I will certainly be referring anyone I know to Shane to buy a car. BEST car purchase I have ever had to do, hands down. If I could give Shane more than 5 stars, I would.

Worked with Gurpreet to purchase a Subaru Forester -- he was very helpful and reasonable. I appreciated their transparency throughout the sales process. Communication with Gurpreet throughout the process was very easy! I'm happy with my purchase :) They get very busy over weekends, try to go during the week!

Just an awesome place to get and service your Subaru. Subaru- its all about love. i bought two 2015 Subaru Foresters here and my boys love them. The SUV's drive very nice, solid feel and stable feet. All wheel drive is a huge plus making these vehicles 24/7, 365 days/year, anytime/anywhere transport of choice. Subaru eyesight technology is one step ahead of BMW and Mercedes. It doesn't get better than this. Shane is the guy to work with. You guys ROCK!
