We recently purchased a 2016 Crosstrek and had a rather refreshing car buying experience thanks to our Client Advisor Hamid Marhamat. We were in the market for a crossover vehicle and the Crosstrek was one of several in that category that we wanted to evaluate. We stopped at the lot just as they opened Saturday morning. Hamid approached us very politely and offered to help. We told him that Subaru was the first of many stops that day. He proceeded to educate us on the brand and encouraged us to check out the competition. (as it turned out, nothing else came close, but I'm getting ahead of myself) We found the vehicle we were interested in and he procured the keys and took us for a test drive. Hamid knows the vehicles extremely well and did not hold back any information. The service he provided was top notch and we were extremely comfortable working with him. I really can't speak highly enough of his service and knowledge. No pressure and no bull. I'm going back in a couple of years to get my next Subaru from him. I do hope he's still there. Thanks Hamid! And do yourselves a favor: Ask for Hamid when you go or make an appointment with him. Buy or not, you won't regret it.
We were looking into cars and Max Baluch (car sales representative/dealer) came to us. He started to explain everything and we started to become interested. After a few weeks we've decided to come back and bought the car. We did not go wrong, the car was excellent brand new 2017 forester. We could not thank him enough, the rest of the staff were nice also, but Max exceeded our expectation. Thank you Max Baluch for your help. I highly recommend Max to any person buying a Subaru. I have always been a luxury car buyer, but this time I was buying for my daughter who just turned 18 and wanted something sporty, rugged and can carry stuff since she loves the outdoors. I sent emails to several dealerships selling different makes and asked about models that fit the description. Within one hour, Michael Marsh from Stevens Creek Subaru replied with several Subaru models includes the list of features and pricing for each. We went into the dealership and Michael already picked out several different cars for us to test drive. He carefully explained the features of each car to my daughter who is a new driver, and he was able to answer all of the questions that I peppered him with. Michael specifically highlighted the EyeSight Driver-Assist System which is such an important feature for new drivers (and not even available on my Mercedes!). About two hours after we went into the dealership, we completed all of the paperwork and left with a brand new Crosstrek!! My experience with Michael and Stevens Creek Subaru was definitely on par with my experience buying from Mercedes and Jaguar dealerships. Michael gave us a fantastic deal without having to haggle on price and his after sales support has been wonderful. I have gone back and purchased accessories from the parts department and the experience was wonderful. I received several follow up phone calls from the dealership and Subaru America making sure the buying experience met my expectations. Thanks to Michael and everyone at Stevens Creek Subaru, the experience definitely exceeded my expectations!!

Cemal U. and Andreas B. helped me order a 2017 Subaru Forester and made it easy to get a great price through email. Received quick responses from Andreas even on his days off. I was advised that it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the new car however, it generally comes in about 6 weeks. I'm glad I ordered through Stevens Creek Subaru and can't wait for my new car to arrive.
I came to this dealership interested in the 2017 Forester and was met by Chris G., who helped me figure out which model to purchase and also walked me through using the EyeSight features when I took it for a test drive. He found that the exact car I wanted was actually en route to the dealership from the manufacturer, so I put down my deposit and came to pick it up a few weeks later when it finally arrived. Chris was friendly and he made my experience at Subaru a memorable one. Both he and the finance manager, Wais, were exceptionally kind. They were not pushy in the least bit, and I look forward to seeing them again in the future, as I will be bringing my car to this establishment for services and checks.
