I was looking for leasing a car after I sold my previous car. In the process of researching I found Subaru Outback Limited with Starlink which was very convincing and sent a request for a price quote. Shane Amirkiai, replied immediately and responded with my requirements. I receive a quote with the numbers I was looking for and was the best quote I got without any negotiation. In the process I had also visited Capitol Subaru but was priced higher and was not able to match with my budget. I visited Subaru Stevens Creek and shane walked me through the inventory and explained all the details with Pros and Cons of the Outback Limited Model. Like few other dealers I did not experience any push or force to buy the car and had a good first impression. Later after a week I called Shane on a Monday and wanted to pick up the car that day, it was his day off on Monday's, but still Shane came to work for few hours and helped me to complete the process of leasing the car, all in just an hour and with the best price. Shane is very knowledgeable sales person, knows his trade well and was amazing from beginning to end and I will certainly be referring anyone I know to Shane to buy a car. Best car lease process I have ever experienced from Shane and Subaru Stevens Creek.
I bought a brand new Forester XT Touring Limited Edition from Steven Creek Subaru, it was a great experience, easy paperwork and no hidden fees and the staff is very professional. They have the biggest selection of Subaru cars in the area with the best pricing and straight forward negotiation, and the first service is complimentary. I worked with Michael Marsh, he is a third generation and loves cars and knows Subaru products very well and he is a pleasure to work with. I did find a minor issue with the car and emailed Michael and he replied right away and asked me to bring it in to check it out, what else can I ask for! I highly recommend Michael Marsh and Steven Creek Subaru.
My husband and I were in the market for a new car this year and we came by Stevens Creek Subaru. We traded in his old blue wrx for a new Subaru outback! I want to give a nod to Troy Corriere in service. His countertop is full of Thank You notes from customers, and one visit made it crystal clear why. My Subaru service went longer than expected, and Troy went above and beyond to correct that. In today's world of hurry-hurry, where being thoughtful and considerate is a rarity, I was rendered speechless and flooded with warm and fuzzy feelings. It sounds pretty ridiculous reading that sentence back to myself, but it is the honest truth. I never expect to be randomly flooded with emotion, and certainly not while completing routine car maintenance. Everyone at Stevens Creek Subaru is lovely, but Troy's gesture put me over the edge. For the 100th time, thank you. The world needs more people like you. ________________________________________________ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Allow me to set the scene: I've driven Subarus for 10+ years, lived in several states, and been to many dealerships. I won't settle for a mediocre dealer and will bend over backwards when I finally find a good one; in LA, that meant driving three hours roundtrip. When I say I value quality service, I mean it! I'm also a Subaru Ambassador, which means I am officially recognized for being (slightly obsessed*) a big fan of the brand. Stevens Creek Subaru is my first dealer in the Bay, and I struck gold. Christina greeted me when I arrived at the service bay, and we chatted while she set up my visit. She's efficient, funny, and just as big of a Subaru fan, and she even found a coupon for me. This girl is an absolute gem. During my visit, I also met with Joel and manager Brian, and both were great. My one and only complaint would be about the waiting area - it's very cramped - but that's petty. What matters is the service, and the service was on point; my car was even treated to a bubble bath. Thank you, guys! This is definitely my new dealer. In case you ever find yourself in Illinois or Colorado, I highly recommend Grand Subaru and Groove Subaru, respectively.
