This review is exclusively for Cemal Unal (Jamal). I came here today looking to buy a specific model and color and thanked to Jamal's help, I was able to get the car that I wanted. I have exchanged email with Jamal before coming. He was really fast at responding back to my emails and helping me to get a quote on the model and color that I wanted. My whole process from checking out the car, getting the loan approved, going over details on how to use the new technology, etc...everything was sooo SMOOTH and FAST!! I couldn't thank him enough for his hospitality and hard work. This has definitely been the best car purchase experience in my life. Thank you so much, Jamal!!!

We recently purchased a new Subaru Outlook and were impressed with the car and sales process at Stevens Creek Subaru. The best part of the purchasing process was the very professional and friendly client advisor, Payman Shahni. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, friendly and respectful. My husband needed to return to work so Payman expedited the aspects of the sale that needed both of us. Once my husband left Payman took his time to thoroughly train me on the features of my new Outback (and there are a LOT, it is an awesome car). He answered all my questions, paired my phone with the car and even walked away and called me to make sure I felt comfortable using the hands-free phone. Payman was fabulous and the purchasing process was actually enjoyable!

Last Wednesday, I fell in love with a used 2014 tC (scion, of all things, in this lot). This was my first time handling a manual transmission. My sales rep, Manny, and his close friend Hamid were very patient with me despite a few bumps and delays in my transaction. Did I mention how much time they invested in me@f0 I called Manny in the morning. After arriving later that afternoon, the team worked with me until closing. Hamid helped teach me the important first steps in learning this new way to drive. I stalled. I jerked. I simply messed up. And yet, Hamid explained how to handle the car in ways that made sense. Now, just a week after buying the car, I'm handling it smoothly and have already near perfected advanced techniques demonstrated by another friend and, of course, some resources online. These men work with you and your needs in a way that makes you feel comfortable. Despite my excellent credit, I had an unforeseen hiccup with my credit union's loan. The finance manager, Wais, called me the following day and already had a solution available that didn't change my monthly cost. Very efficient! I can't stress enough how great it was to work with Manny and Hamid. Manny was kind enough to contact me the next day on his own time, knowing that I was unfamiliar with stick. Speaking objectively, by being at a dealership, you can expect the salesmen to coax you into buying a vehicle. That's the business. But Manny and Hamid truly helped in a way that felt more than just work and business. On the street, they were understanding. In the office, the work was painless. The point is: There are good people here; good at their job, especially good to you.
