Roy at Stevens Creek Subaru is the man! He is very knowledgeable about his products and is not your typical pushy car sales guy. We got a great deal on our new Outback with 0.9% for 63 months! Plus they were very fair with my trade in and made the whole process quick and painless. He did an extensive walk through to explain all the new technology packed into this car. They had a great selection to choose from and Ali in finance was very pleasant. Will definitely come back and will refer my friends. Thanks Roy!

This dealership has helped make things easier on me and my family's lives. I initially emailed Matt with some questions and a quote on the fully loaded Subaru WRX Limited. He was quick to reply, whereas I was being really slow on my part. Still, he was accommodating to me and my schedule. I did a drop in to test drive the car, and Matt was kind enough to allocate some time for me to do so. He's a very laid back, kind individual who'll help guide you towards what you want. The salesman Andreas helped me buy my first Subaru. He provided a very friendly, relaxed non pressuring environment, which I truly appreciated given I was buying my first brand new car! He was not only super helpful in answering all my questions/concerns but also in getting me exactly the car I came in for! The Hyper blue Crosstrek I had dreamed of all year, at an affordable deal for me. Once all the paperwork was signed he spent a long time trying to help me figure out how to connect the Bluetooth & the various cool tech in the car. Really enjoyed my experience at this dealership buying my car with Andreas!

When I was ready to buy my first car, I was dreading the process because I'd watched my parents buy several cars over the years and it was always a huge pain that took all day and left my parents in a bad mood. This was the case for a wide range of dealers and brands in the San Jose area, from lower-end dealers to luxury vehicles. But somehow Andreas from Sales and Ali from Finance at Stevens Creek Subaru got me and my family in and out of the dealership in less than three hours, which is amazing. I knew I wanted a Forester so my dad and I did some price comparisons between Subaru dealerships all over the South and East Bay. Andreas gave us the best price by far, so I put a deposit down to secure the car I wanted until I had time to make it down to San Jose from Berkeley. I was somewhat apprehensive because Andreas was not the most responsive on the phone and over email, but he is awesome in person (and has been diligent with post-purchase followups) and I'd definitely refer anyone I know to him. I'm sure it helped that he and my dad had done much of the price negotiations over email before we made the appointment. Ali in the finance dept. was also amazing. Incredibly put-together and professional, and thorough in his explanations without being patronizing or pushy. The day after we took the car off the lot, there was a small issue with the car loan application and I had to send him some supporting documents, but he made it all very easy and reassuring the whole time. I love my new car and I have no complaints about my experience here. My dad, picky and prickly as he is, also said this was the best car-buying experience he's had out of the 7 times he's purchased new cars over the last 20 years.

Stevens Creek Subaru is excellent and the salesman SHANE is the best to advise you to buy your desired car. The only issue is a miss-operation when handing over the car that led to "check engine" light on. It made me frustrated and panic but I don't blame it much. 1. Salesman expertise: Shane is the most professional salesman in around 15+ dealers that I visited. Among all the salesman in like 15+ brands up to Cayenne and low to Jeep, I know more than most of them regarding the car I am interested in. While Shane knows more than I do, and apparently he showed agile reaction to any of my questions. He has professional knowledge about the car he sells, and always behaves on the side of customers other than trying to earn me more money by advertising non-necessary packages. 2. Price: Stevens creek subaru and Carlson subaru offer same better price than another dealer I visited. The price is pretty transparent that needs not much personal negotiation. 3. The car arrives early. 4. The technicians fixed the "check engine" issue soon.

10 months ago I went in and had a bad experience. One of the worse feelings I've had as a car owner. So I decided to weigh my options and well I decided to try it again. I had choices of Capitol or Fremont, but I went again to Stevens creek Subaru. This time around I had a recall for airbags. Jon Starett was my service advisor and told me my parts won't be in till Nov. my car went in in August. I would have to take my car home or leave it with them and they would give me a loaner. Well they didn't have loaners so they sent me to get a rental, which they would pay for. My experience this time around was in and out fast. 30 days into my rental, I called Subaru because my parts were not in and I still needed a car. Ron called me back very quickly after I left some messages and prompted me to go to the rental office, which I did. Contract was renewed and I was still able to get to work and do errands. Just yesterday I got a phone call from Jon stating my car was done and he also recommended me some needed parts. This time it was straight forward to the point answers to my questions. They really upped my experience with excellent service. I haven't seen my wrx in like 2 months and was sure glad to be back driving it since the weather is changing. Jon even offered to pick me up from the car rental if the rental place was busy or wouldn't shuttle me back. That's above and beyond service. I've notice that Subaru Stevens creek has changed some things around and the customer experience is a lot better. From being greeted coming onto the lot, to actually being greeted with eye contacted when speaking to service advisor. Dante another advisor also was pleasant and nice. I'm glad that everything was resolved and also 2wks or more ahead of schedule!!! Now is a great time to buy/lease/ service your Subaru! Just to add, my recall/repair and rental didn't cost me a dime. So great job to Jon, Ron, and Dante!
