Felt like I was being gamed by a few other dealerships so I came here and worked with Shane. He was very transparent and open and made me feel good about buying the car. Would definitely recommend going here!

My husband is an internet guy and likes Subaru car for its reliable reputations. He has ordered a 2017 Legacy 2.5i Sport model through Subaru website, and we picked up our car last Saturday (Nov 12). The original email contact was Mr. Gurpreet Grewal, but he is not reliable, and I have hard time to get hold on him. Later on, I spoke to Mr. Shane Amirkiai & he is very good & takes over the responsibility to service us. Mr. Amirkiai is great & polite, very knowledgeable too; he is patient and walked through all the fancy safety features with us. We bought the options of EyeSight + Blind Spot detection + Rear Cross traffic alert + Reverse Auto breaking ...; these high-tech safety options are just like their names, you need to learn on how to operate it. Shane explained these in a clear way, and for every question we had he has an answer, so that we could learn to operate the options quickly and that was super helpful. Shane is also not pushy on other options, and we don't buy things that we don't need & this makes us feel comfortable too. Overall, we are happy with our buying experiences at Subaru.

Mike Marsh and the internet sales team were great. They worked through our communication issues when I was in Canada and made it happen. I have the vehicle requested and it is a week earlier than promised.

I really like the Express Service, glad that is offered there now. I was able to get my oil change, tire rotation, and recalls taken care of without any issues. Two thumbs up for Jason Allen, the service advisor for the Express Service, he was great!

Stopped by a month ago to test drive a Forester. I went in on my day off alone and was greeted by Payman. It was a nice experience to test drive several cars without pressure. I came back last night after making up my mind on the car I wanted. I got a deal I could not pass up. $2300 under original price. Payman did an excellent job! Ali in finance was also a pleasure. These are hard working people just like you and me doing wonderful customer service. We were all smiling and laughing enjoying the evening throughout the sale process. I bought this car on my own without my husband too.

It started off rocky but it turned out alright. Initially I was not treated well, but after I talked to the general manager Brian, and the assistant Gary, they really turned around my opinion of them. They have worked really hard to help me solve the issues with my car. My engine was blown after a faulty oil change by another company. After initial trouble getting the oil company to cover it, Gary was awesome with the support and help to get my wife and I through this. I will be going to this dealership for all of my future service. It didn't start well, but thank you for treating me with decency and respect in the end. It's not how you start, but how you finish that matters. Thank you.
