I enjoyed my overall experience. Subaru Stevens Creek Internet Sales Manager Shane Amirkiai was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and was free of any hassling that maybe found at other car dealerships. I was offered refreshments and a comfortable sofa chair to sit in while I awaited for my Subaru to be readied. Again, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Stevens Creek Subaru for anyone considering purchasing a Subaru vehicle.

This dealiership has excellent customer service. They will do their best t make sure a deal is made that makes both the seller and buyer happy. The saleperson, Manny Chua, is an awesome person to work with. Very kind-hearted. His manager, RJ, is also great to make a deal with. He is very understanding, and will work with you to create a price that works for both parties. I am very satisfied with my experience here at Stevens Creek, and would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

My husband and I purchased our new car from Stevens Creek Subaru this week and had a pleasant experience because of Hossein! Hossein was polite caring and had a great sense of humor. We definitely recommend Hossein as the best sales representative! We will be returning to Stevens Creek Subaru later this week to get the car serviced for a flaw we discovered but am glad they are all very accommodating and understanding.

I recently bought a Subaru Outback from Stevens Creek through Shane Amirkiai. I have always had the impression that the car buying process is such a hassle and painstaking. But, after working with Shane and Ali(finance), my opinion has changed! Shane was very helpful through my whole process of car purchase and stuck to his word (regarding OTD quotes/trade-in values) and made my car purchase experience a delightful one. Not only was he helpful during the car buying process, but he was also helpful and prompt two weeks later when I needed some questions answered. Of course, I am very happy with my Outback, but I am also happy with Stevens Creek and Shane and I would recommend this place to friends/family. I will be doing my car services through this dealership as well!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He was able to answer our questions and gave us a fat deal.
