I just went in to see what they had in low mileage used Outbacks and ended up finding the car that had everything I wanted. I dealt with Taz first who had to tend to another customer and left me with Hamid. Hamid was very low key and personable, as was everyone I came into contact with. Once the car was ready Hamid very patiently explained how to operate all the features of the car. My only complaint was I wish they had told me how long it was going to take, I waited for at least 2 hours. If I had known I would have run some errands that I was on my way to do when I stopped in. My last OUtback I purchased over the phone sight unseen so I didn't know how long it was going to take. I always think of car purchasing in a very negative light so was pleasantly surprised that it was not a bad experience at all. I think I am still a bit in shock that I actually bought a car though!

This place has the best customer service and friendly staff compare to any other car dealership. I am very satisfied with my car purchase and the service that the agent has provided. I want to personally thanked "Payman Shahni" also known as Pete. This is my second time buying a car and I am very satisfied with his customer service, genuineness, and I felt at ease when it comes to questions. I did not feel rushed nor pressure from him. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and he is a great communicator. He is very attentive to my needs and he went above and beyond. He did not let us leave the place until we got everything that we needed and he made sure that we are happy with everything. It was at night when we actually arrived at the dealership and was cold when we were looking around. Pete did not hesitate to offer us a hot beverage when we were looking around. I highly recommend this place if you want a functional, affordable and reliable car. Pete was a stellar and he will make sure that his customers are happy. This SUBARU dealership is one of the best dealership that provides an excellent customer service and car selections.

I have bought couple of cars from Stevens Creek Subaru, and am satisfied with them. Masood has been a great partner in my search of vehicles and giving the best price, and additional discounts sometimes. And after sales service, routine maintenance, always on time if appointments are made in advance. They did accommodate once when I had urgent servicing to be done and appointment was for a later date. Troy and Dante always courteous when interacting. Their customer base has increased tremendously in last few years, a good sign for the dealer. I hope the service level continues to be top notch!

Great Place! We drove from Monterey, cause the local dealer did not have enough inventory. Joel was very nice, and gave us a good deal. I would recommend this place 100%. Also, we brought our 1-year old daughter, it was challenging being there for 3 hours with her car shopping, but they have some toys, changing tables and it was all good! Make sure to make an appointment and to check their inventory online before you go to make sure that what you want is available.

Shane Amirkiai was extremely helpful. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgable on Subarus. He answered emails and phone calls responsively. He stayed afterhours to meet me. My friend and I both ended up buying a car from him on the same night.
