Our 2010 Volkswagen TDI was part of the massive recall so we unexpectedly found ourselves in the market for a new car. After a lot of research, we opted to go with a new Subaru. We reached out to Stevens Creek Subaru online and was connected to Michael Marsh. From our first online contact all the way through the process, Michael made the entire experience really smooth. He's honest, knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humor. Our 2017 Impreza was in the first batch of cars shipped from the new factory in Indiana. Michael quickly determined that the exact car we wanted was on its way. It arrived as scheduled, just in time for our Christmas vacation. The finance manager Ali was professional and kind. We appreciate the service from him and Michael both that helped to make our car buying experience as stress-free as possible. We love our new car!

We went to visit Stevens Creek Subaru in search for a new family car. We made and appointment on Christmas Eve and were promptly greeted by one of the salesman when we are arrived. Going to a dealership has always been seen as a stressful time as we are trying to navigate in getting the best deal without feeling like you were oversold. We met with Cemal, who is a part of the internet sales team, and he made the overall experience very pleasant and comfortable. Cemal was very patient and easygoing- he took us out on a test drive and let each of the family members test out the car. We discussed all the options and he was able to help us find something that worked within our budget and more. He cares about his customers and immediately followed up with us over email and was readily available to answer any questions we had. He made us feel at ease and we appreciated his transparency, patience and willingness to answer all our many many questions. We ended up making a purchase that day that fit within our budget and criteria. Everyone left happy. We would recommend this dealership and working with Cemal anytime!
