Just bought a brand new 2017 outback last week and boy do we love the car! But it would not have been possible if it were not for the exemplary service that Shane Amirkiai delivered. Not only did he get us the most competitive deal, but he showed incredible patience and positivity in the contract signing process (which was nightmarish due to Chase Auto Loans dept - Subaru's Loan Dept). On top of that, Shane went the extra mile to stay even later (we were there for 5 hours due to Chase's ineptness with certain procedural tasks), just to install our rear seat back protectors! My favorite part about working with Shane, however, is that he cuts through all the BS. It was simple and straightforward working with him. Also, a shout out to Luis in finance! This was my first shopping and buying experience with Subaru Stevens Creek. I was very impressed and satisfied with the work of this dealership. First of all, I liked the responses of the internet sales manager Andreas, who provided the quote with good price and was quickly and informatively answering all my questions regarding the options and the trim via emails. Later when we got to the dealership, we were met by one of the client advisors Homayoun "Ben", who was helpful during all the process. He was very knowledgeable, answering every question we asked and providing information that we requested. I received positive decision about the financing in half an hour and quickly finished the paperwork. By the end, I went out with the keys of my new Subaru Impreza 2017 Premium hatchback and I like it very much. The whole process took around 2-3 hours.

He does his best to get you a great deal in a great car that you're happy with. Gurpreet doesn't upsell--that's not his job. The bottom line is that if you're a happy customer, he's happy, and he'll share your excitement when you get the keys to the vehicle of your dreams at a lower-than-fair price. Gurpreet is pro-active and responsive to let you know how your custom order is coming along and delivers on his promises. I cannot recommend Gurpreet Grewal enough.
I had a pleasure at this dealership with Shane. My buddy and I were looking at multiple dealerships and no other dealership gave us quality time that a customer deserves than Shane and Steven's Creek. We traveled from San Francisco and will definitely say it was worth the trip. Will definitely recommend to other coworkers when time comes for them to buy a new car.
