I had been on the car hunt for over a week. I visited many dealerships across the bay area and had not so great experiences at most. It was my first time buying a car and I was nervous! It's a big decision and I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. After all the rude/pushy/clueless sales guys I met over the week, I was feeling like i was never going to find something. On a whim, my boyfriend called stevens creek subaru to see if they had what I was looking for. He spoke with Taz who immediately text him photos of a car that was taken off the truck that morning. We liked what we saw so we got down there as fast as we could. I had a sigh of relief the moment I stepped into the dealership. We were greeted and helped right away. Taz was awesome! He answered all of our questions and made the whole experience a breeze. After making our decision he went over the quick guide booklet and gave us a mini demonstration on how everything works inside the car. Ali the finance guy was great too! He explained every document in detail and made me feel so comfortable! He's also really funny :) I am SO happy with my new Impreza sport! Thank you Steven's Creek Subaru, Taz, and Ali for making this first time buyer a happy new car owner! See you in 6,000 miles! :)

Easy and painless car shopping experience. Before you show up make sure you do your research on what model, color, package and pricing you are looking for. If you're ready to purchase, ask for Shane. Be upfront with him on where you're at and he'll take care of you. Nice guy with no time for nonsense. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience purchasing the 2017 Crosstrek. The process was fast, all of the employees were friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our salesman, Daniel Tran, was incredibly resourceful and kind. He answered all of our questions, we never felt pressured to purchase the car, and he made us feel welcomed. He explained all the features of the car and even helped us with the confusing jargon of financing. We highly recommend this dealership for your new Subaru!! Be sure to ask for Daniel!!

To be clear, I did not buy a car from the dealership or visit it for that matter. I have alerts set for used Infiniti QX80s that go on the market. A used QX80 from Stevens Creek Subaru popped up one day. It was listed as the rare and very expensive Limited edition, and offered at ~$5000 less than other used Limited models. There were no photos immediately posted, but I contacted them nevertheless. The communication was polite, but I couldn't make it out to the Bay that weekend so I told the rep that I would contact him the following weekend if the vehicle was still available. The next weekend rolled around, and I noticed photos were posted so I checked them out. I discovered that this was not a Limited model, in fact it had absolutely no extra options--it was the base model. This put it at around $5000-6000 above the going market rate. I let the rep know about the error and that I was no longer interested, but I mentioned that they should fix the typo immediately because their customers, especially ones that would travel a far distance to them like me, may be very upset. He said he would look into it. That was November 12, over 2 months ago. Since then the vehicle has been posted and reposted several times on Craigslist, Autotrader, and probably many other sites, always listed as Limited. The only difference is that it's $7000 lower in price now. Some would say this behavior is false advertising. To me it's typical shady car dealer actions.

My experience was only with the service department. Everyone there was extremely helpful. Jon was my service rep and he was fantastic. I really appreciate his communication during my servicing. Also, I was given a rental car during the service on my Subaru which was very helpful. The price seemed reasonable for the parts and labor on my Crosstrek. Thank you!
