I purchased my impreza earlier this year. The salesman Matt kanawyer was wonderful. He didn't pressure me at all. When I walked in he greeted me with a smile. Asked if I wanted any assistance. I told him I wanted to look at impreza's. He took me around showing me a couple of different ones with different options. When I saw the one I picked out, he went over all the features it has. When I test drove it he explained even more. When I decided this was the car for me Matt took me over to the financing department. I don't remember that man's name, but he was really nice to. I can't say enough about how nice the staff is at stevens Creek Subaru is.
Roy was the agent helping me with my first car. He is very professional, patient, and has a good sense of humor. The best part is I can go back to Subaru anytime if I have any questions with my car, and Roy will help me. I will absolutely recommend my friends to call Roy if they're looking for a good agent.
For the last couple of year, my wife and I have been debating about trading in our car for a Subaru Outback. With our family growing and with absolutely zero trunk space in a Civic Hybrid, we decided to pull the trigger and get a 2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium (in white). After searching around and asking for quotes, Frank Homayoun gave me a very fair price. I compared the quote to truecar.com and it actually came in below the price I was looking for. We decided to pick up the car the Monday after Christmas. When I gave Frank a call, he was unfortunately sick, but told me that Matt (Kanawyer) would take care of me when I got there. After cleaning out the Civic and saying my good-byes to the car, we headed over to the dealership. When we got there, Matt greeted us with a smile and we took the car out for a spin. We drove around for 10 minutes and then headed back to the dealership. Matt's service was awesome! Super friendly and laid back guy (exact opposite of that used car sales man stereo type). He definitely knows his stuff considering he's been a Subaru owner since high school (yes, we traded life stories). My wife and I were also really happy that upon purchasing the car, we received 2 season passes to Sierra and Subaru will also be donating $250 to Make-A-Wish for us. Overall, we're really happy with the service that Matt/Frank provided us. I used to own a Subaru WRX and couldn't be happier to be a Subaru owner once again.
We arrived at Stevens creek Subaru dealership and Taz greeted us. He was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Overall we had probably one of the best experiences with buying a car today because of how smooth and easy the process was. When we decided on our car, the financing process was taken care of in no time! Signed our papers and we were done with the hard part! Taz took the time to go through the (short version) manual and set up our Bluetooth and demonstrated some things in the car. I really recommend going to this Subaru over any other in San Jose. Way better service and an easy experience. We will be returning to buy some accessories, too!
The salesperson, Homayoun Ebrahimi Louyeh, was very polite, helpful and kind to us. He explained all the details of the purchase, arranged for seeing the car, and got the car ready for us to take on the same day. The experience was truly exceptional!

He kept me up-to-date on the status of my order and even surprised me when my vehicle arrived earlier than expected. Overall, I have no complaints.
