The staff I encountered at Stevens Creek Subaru were all very friendly and personable people. The experience there was casual and no pressure. I walked in without an appointment. I was greeted by Homayoun "Ben" Ebrahimi who was kind and attentive to my interests and setting up a test drive. "Ben" was very helpful with answering my questions and getting an idea of what I was looking for in a car. I was probably an easy customer because what I was looking for was rather laser focused. By the end of the test drive I was offered below MSRP deal and said I would sleep on it. There was no pressure with my decision which added to my confidence with the experience. I returned the next day with the decision to move forward with financing a new car. As we were working through all of the paperwork we chatted with the staff and learned with enthusiasm how they enjoyed working at the dealership. Overall my experience was excellent and would recommend this dealership.
My girlfriend recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Stevens Creek. Hamid Marhamat was our salesperson, and he was awesome. The interaction started off very formally with Hamid thinking we weren't serious about purchasing a car, but he quickly warmed up and gave us excellent service. He has a great sense of humor and kept us knowing that we were getting the best deal. Ultimately, we are very happy with the car, and I'm even thinking of switching from VW to Subaru (just kidding, Hamid). Thank you, Stevens Creek Subaru!
Came in the other night hoping to test drive a new WRX to see if I wanted to buy it. They told me "sorry, we don't do test drives on 2017's" I called Fremont, they not only let me test drive a 2017, they pulled the one out of their showroom, filled it up with gas and let me drive it. Happy to tell you that I bought that brand new 2017 that they pulled out of the showroom for me. Sad to say that I had to go to Fremont to do it. Especially since Stevens Creek is minutes from my home. Oh well, their loss!
This was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had! Our salesman was Frank Homayoun. We had initial email contact the night before we went in to the dealership. He could not have been more easy going and made us feel super relaxed. No pressure at all. We showed up on a busy Sunday. We sent him a text and he came to us in a few minutes. We test drove two cars (alone), purchasing the second one we drove. It was nice not having a salesperson trying to "sell" the car the entire time. Frank gave us a very fair price on the 2016 Crosstrek and hooked us up with low APR financing (with Luis - nice guy too). By the time we were done and ready to leave, the service area was closed. He set up an appointment for Tuesday and I took the car back for a detail, then Frank filled my car up with gas. I had forgotten my license plate frame on my trade in and some CDs. Frank was very nice to have those items for me when I returned on Tuesday. I have already referred a few friends to Frank and SC Subaru. The icing on the cake was receiving two season passes for Sierra At Tahoe!!! Thanks Frank, for everything. You're awesome! You earned this 5 star review. Jo Lynn & Keith McCabe
I had my 30,000 mile service done, as well as windshield wiper blades replaced and a rear window washer nozzle replacement ordered. I'll have to go back for the replacement when that part comes in. The work was done on time, and I'm very happy with the result. I feel confident in the mechanics at this dealership; they take a lot of care in anticipating problems and giving me a heads' up. I have mobility problems, I use a walker, and the service tech took care of me like I might have been his own mom! So kind! He did all the walking, and all I had to do was sit and review and sign paperwork. I bought my Subaru here three and a half years ago (a very good experience), and I also bought a 3-year service contract. While that contract is now expired, the major services -- 30K, 60K, 90K, 120K miles -- were a package deal with no time limit. So I'm very, very pleased with that service contract purchase. Also, because I've had the service contract, I've been in for oil changes, repair of a damaged tire, and whatnot. The service is generally timely, correct, and the mechanics don't inadvertently damage other things (an experience I've had at other dealerships). The way the service department is managed is very professional and efficient; it's a big department, there's a lot going on, and the department has procedures in place to make sure everything is handled correctly. My only (minor) complaints are about the waiting facility. Most of the chairs are too low for me, though they're fine for most people. There's background music, but also a TV playing in the showroom. So, a little too much noise, and not the most comfortable facility. OTOH the free coffee is good.
Last august I purchased a WRX 2017. Shout out to Manny Chua, His the man! During the dealing process he ain't give me a hard time! His a cool guy! Also when I need an early service to my car and having hard time to get an early schedule his the one who find a slot for me as early than expected! And they did a minor service to my car with no charge not even a peni! Best dealer by far!!
