After my car was totaled I decided on a Subaru Forester because of the safety ratings plus cargo size which I need for my work. I contacted the 3 closest dealers to where I live. Mike patiently explained the differences of each class to me, so that I knew all my options before making a final decision. He also gave practical advice for making my choice an even more tailored fit. Wais from the finance department then diligently worked with me to finish everything off. Before we finally bought our new 2017 Outback (premium 2.5i), we actually came to Stevens Creek Subaru couple of times and Joel's been really patient to understand our needs and requirements and showed us around the inventory to search the best car for us. He knows what exactly customers are looking for here in Subaru Stevens Creek, and he's been extremely patient to help us go back and forth with various models, trims, colors and packages. We've been happily driving our Outback for almost a month and we couldn't love it more!

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Steven's Creek Subaru. This was the best car buying experience I've had! I contacted all dealerships in Northern CA through the Internet, looking for the best price on the very specific vehicle I wanted. Steven's Creek Subaru came back with the lowest price. I worked with Matt through the whole process. He was friendly and professional. I had to wait 2 months because it was a special order vehicle, but the wait was worth it! I definitely recommend this dealership!!

Came here for a brake inspection and I was helped by one of the staff members by the name of Manuel Miranda. They had a waiting room with free wifi and a cool coffee machine. Most of the staff members that I was approached by were friendly and professional. Turns out nothing was wrong with my brakes and I wasn't charged anything. Staffs were informative, answered all of my questions and of top of that, they weren't trying to scam me by making recommendations of things I don't need......being that I'm a girl, came alone & a little clueless about cars. The wait time wasn't long either considering the fact that I didn't set up an appointment. Overall, I was a highly satisfied customer. Would definitely come here again for service.

Worked with this guy, Andreas, and it was a fun experience. I ended up getting the 2017 Subaru Forester with a turbo engine and these "saddle brown" leather interior seats... the thing just tears up the road! so fun! Highly recommend working with these guys and Andreas is awesome if you get lucky enough to be there on the same day.

Andreas was great to work with both in person and via email. He listened to what I wanted in the vehicle, my concerns when trying to get the best deal possible for the vehicle and answered all my questions. He was patient, personable and not abrasive or pushy at all. Basically, he wasn't your caricature version of a car salesman. He's a good guy and even offered a tutorial on how to maximize the features of my new Subaru. I'd recommend him to my friends and family. Ali in Finance was great as well. He explained the financing process and our contract clearly and concisely, and answered all the questions that me and my dad had. He was good about presenting our options regarding warranties and service options, and wasn't pushy about getting us to purchase any of that. He made the tedious paperwork process manageable and smooth. It was a positive experience working with him.
