My husband and I walked in today, hoping to get a deal for outback and Hamid greeted and took care of us immediately. He took his time walking around the lot try to find us the color and model and make sure we have a good test-driving experience. He is very knowledgable and know in his head what he has in stock! He is thorough and efficient on the buying process, and even we made him stay until 9pm, he make sure we understand how to operate the car. I'm extremely satisfied with the buying experience with Hamid, I felt welcome as a customer instead of being "look down" by some other stuck-up dealers we visited the same day. I just bought a 2017 WRX ... I LOVE MY CAR! I came to this dealership a few weeks back and spoke with Joel. Cool guy. He gave me his business card, totally chill no pressure while I was checking out the cars. A month later I'm ready to make a purchase. I called him to let him know I was coming in with the family. When I got there, he remembered my name and the car I was interested in. Brownie points! I was able to test drive the car and immediately I fell in love. We did spent some time there so don't think this process is some "1 hour you'll be in and out" kind of thing. Joel worked with me to get a good fair deal that ultimately led me to drive off the lot with my new love. Key point - really is no pressure sales. Oh but after, I was transferred to Ali in the financing department. This guy is fun. He worked with me too on getting some better numbers. Awesome because it actually was a thrill to watch my monthly payment fluctuate with all the different parameters. Haha! Loving my new Subie fam! A+ for the service and an awesome experience. Our family has bought a number of cars in all spectrums and types throughout the years, ranging from Toyota Camry to Mercedes C Class. We've dealt with a fair amount of car salesmen over the years. Out of all the people I've worked with, Daniel Tran is hands down the most straightforward and comfortable to work with. He understood what we were looking for and led us to find the right car in the most efficient way. He is genuine and knows to skip the whole car dance shenanigans. It's been two weeks since we bought the crosstrek, and its been nothing but fun to drive. If you're looking for a Subaru at Stevens Creek, I definitely recommend Daniel Tran as your car guy.

Had a great car buying experience with Mike Marsh and Andreas Beckmann! I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester Touring XT, which had more options than I expected at such a great price. I was dreading the process, but Mike and Andreas made it a easy, they kept if simple and straightforward. Financing was easy, I couldn't pass up the 0% interest rate being offered. Looking forward to my commute, but can't wait to take the car to Tahoe!

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Andreas in the internet sales department at Stevens Creek Subaru. He hooked up my mom with a great deal on a new Crosstrek. He was very thorough describing all of the features of the vehicle and ensured that my mom was completely satisfied with the price and product. One of the few honest dealerships left! I never once thought I was being coerced or convinced into buying a car. Whole process took a few days for me. I wanted to take time to make the right choice and I was encouraged to do so. They made sure I made a responsible choice for myself & my finances. Ben, or "Uncle Ben" was very helpful, thorough & kind throughout the entire process. He is the greatest! I actually cried tears of happiness driving home (it is my first car).
