Headed over to Stevens Creek Subaru yesterday evening as my last stop after a long day of (used) car shopping. I only had two days to find and purchase a car, but I wasn't willing to settle for something that didn't feel "just right". Thankfully, Hamid and the team worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted/needed, and I left that night - in my new car - feeling great. From our initial discussion, Hamid was straightforward in terms of making sure he knew my priorities and letting me know what I could get within my budget (as well as pointing out what I could get if I opted for something new). I definitely felt like I was treated with respect and appreciated the opportunity to work with Hamid and the team.
I was help out by Manny. He approached me right away to see what he could help me with. Since this was my first big car purchase I was worried about the "car salesman" experience. Manny was nothing like that! He really listened to what I wanted in a car and I never felt any sort of pressure from him into getting something I didn't feel was right for me. He took extensive time helping me find my perfect Subaru. I ended up with a 2016 Impreza that I can't be happier with. Ali helped me out with all the financial paperwork. He took the time to explain every term and every single paper I was signing. I really appreciated all the time he took. I felt like Manny and Ali really cared about helping people find their perfect car and not just making a sale. They assured me that if I every had any questions or problems in the future that I could text or call them any time I needed them. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Ali and Manny!
I liked talking to Matt a lot. He was actually forthcoming and communicating with me without me having to visit the dealership. Texting was great, and so were emails with information. I didn't feel any pressure throughout the process, even with finance, and I appreciated them making sure they contact me when they said they would. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Subaru Outback, and I am very happy and excited by my car and the whole experience. The only slight problem is that this dealership is very busy. The staff will always greet you and make sure you are helped, but you may have to wait longer times during the weekend. That is to be expected though, so I wouldn't consider it a drawback.
I'm very happy with my new Crosstrek purchase from Stevens Creek. This was a refreshing change after our awful experience at the City of Industry Subaru. I highly recommend Chris Ghazaryan, our sales consultant. He was patient, helpful, and even followed up with me after the purchase. I'll definitely refer my fam & friends to this dealership and Chris!
Just bought a 2017 Outback from Hossein at Stevens Creek Subaru. Wonderful experience. About two weeks ago my girlfriend and I went in to test drive an Outback. Hossein was professional and made my girlfriend feel very comfortable asking any question. Yesterday, on my own, I went back to the dealership to work out the terms of a purchase with our sales person, and everything went really great. If you'd like a Subaru and want a salesperson who is courteous, not pushy, and a really genuine nice guy, I highly recommend making an appointment with Hossein. I should also mention RJ, the sales manager, who ultimately approved the deal. And, finally, I should mention Wais, the finance manager. Both were very professional... as well as quick with all the paperwork. Thank you, Stevens Creek Subaru!
Shane, the sales representative, is the epitome of what all sales representatives should be. He was honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the Subarus as well as other car brands. He knew about the tradeoffs in all the features, armed us with more data in decision making, and never pressured us for something we didn't want. When we had issues with working with an individual financing, he very quickly helped us resolve the problems. As for their financing department, my advice would be to come armed with data. Know how much servicing a Subaru costs up through 42,000 miles, so when they try to sell the maintenance plan, you know if it is worth it for you. If the convenience of it is worth it for you, then go for it. But check around for what service actually costs because being put on the spot to make a decision. The same goes for the extended warranty. Do the research beforehand. Otherwise, the guys doing financing paperwork may try to sell you something you may not want, and say something like "Fine, don't get it, but it's basically free." Overall Stevens Creek Subaru was a great experience. When we needed paperwork adjusted, they had a very fast turnaround and care much about customer happiness. Just come prepared with it comes to the extra stuff. Shane has you all covered when it comes to the sales experience!
