I have to write yet another 5-star review...truly. This place keeps continuing to exceed my expectations. Yesterday, I went to wrap up a few things on my car purchased the night before, and not only did Manny go over many things with me - showing me videos, doing a test drive to show me additional functionality with which I was not yet familiar, etc. But, also, we talked to John, the Services Department Manager, and asked if he could install a cargo net I purchased there on-site. He said they were slammed and the wait would be about 2 hours. I asked about other options for the job - should I come back then? If so, what time of day? Etc. Because I live on the Peninsula, getting down to San Jose on an early morning for servicing is not ideal (with traffic). However, as we discussed the options, John offered to just check with his team to see if it would be possible to do today and to surmise the wait. He came back within about 5 minutes, informing me he found someone willing to do my job. They started almost immediately, and the entire installation was complete within the hour. They even did the service free of charge, likely because I had just bought the car. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed. It cannot get any better at Stevens Creek Subaru. I am already telling friends and family to go buy a car there. And I look forward to seeing my new "friends" when I go back for my next regular service visit. Thanks, John, and Team for all you do!

We have had nothing but great customer service here. We had a flat tire that was still under the tire warranty we purchased, and we are also expecting our first baby any day. Safe to say we can't be without a car for too long. When I called the Capitol Subaru (closer to home) they told me it'd be 3 days before they could help me, so I called Stevens creek where we bought the car and haven't ever had a bad experience. The lady was so helpful and fit me in and when I told her what Capitol had said she told me not to even worry and they would get our car fixed so we can safely transport our baby home when the time comes! She was so helpful, and the man at the service department was also very nice and helpful in getting the car fixed while I waited. We will always bring our business to Stevens Creek Subaru and recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I bought a car from Stevens Creek Subaru using my preferred method: identify the car, test drive it, spend 20 minutes or less negotiating a price and taking possession of the car, all in 3 hours or less. It was a very pleasant experience, due in large part to Ben Ebrahimi, the salesman.
