Our experience with Cemal was very pleasant and on point. We came to the dealer asking for Cemal because he has reached out to me via email after my inquiry om edmund.com. After the test drive I didn't come back because I needed to think about the purchase. Cemal was great because he wasn't being pushy by sending me emails or calling me asking me to come back. I liked that about him. I came back to purchase my 2017 Legacy a few days later. The negotiation was short and sweet, we got what we asked for and everything went great.
