I just bought a 2015 Impreza Sport and Aydin was my sales guy! He was cool, concise and not too pushy and gave me my space to chat with my boyfriend that was helping me out with the decision. He was honest and straight forward and just overall great! Then there was Cemal from financing department! Clearly they both work great together and have similar ways because Cemal was also super clear and concise, VERY detailed about EVERYTHING you are signing and also helped get a great deal for my used car warranty! Made it all worth it! Thanks for the excellent service and your patience with me!

My sister and I went in to look at a Porsche Cayenne I've been eyeing. I wasn't planning on buying at all. Thanks to Roy and Cemal and their staff there, I was able to walk out with the car and a Subaru Outback. They were so friendly to us, and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. That's a big thing for me at car dealerships. Roy and Cemal stayed very late, past closing hours. Very appreciated and definitely recommend them!

Adrian is without a doubt, the best service advisor I have ever worked with! ...and I've worked with at least 20 of them, as I've been driving for over 40 years. On a late afternoon, I called the dealership and was connected with Adrian. We made an appointment, and when I showed up, he was prompt and professional. Our car was abused, neglected, and ran rough, to say the least. Within a day, Adrian called with an update, and continued to text me, as I've suggested, over the next few days. If we needed to talk, we texted each other to confirm a time he would call me. He was always within a minute or two, I was amazed! When we received our 2010, 115,000 mile Forest back, it ran like a completely different car! Obviously, Adrian Really impressed me as he was eager to help, making the process worry free. This review gets five stars solely because of Adrian, thank you!

Once we narrowed down the online offers we had, we interacted with Shane at Stevens Creek Subaru almost exclusively. He was polite, patient, and very well-versed in the product line, and when a question did come up to which he didn't have an answer, he did not pretend to know and give us a bs response like so many sales persons in the past. He looked it up. Within half an hour we had a test drive during which we got a comprehensive tutorial of all the features the vehicle had to offer. By the hour's end, we agreed on a final price on a specific car. Due to some snafu with locking/unlocking at one of the the credit bureaus, we had to come back in a few days to complete the financing paperwork. Between the two visits, Shane coordinated with me on his days off. Of the two trips, we spent 3 hours total at the dealership (mostly waiting for the finance guy to finish with another customer), and never once felt pressured or tag-teamed. We drove off with our purchase feeling that we got the deal we wanted with all the features we asked for. No sour taste as with other previous car purchases at all.
