Bought my new Subaru Forester over the weekend and was extremely satisfied with the entire process so I figured I would reflect my experience here. We worked with the internet department and our internet manager frank was awesome do work with. We got a really great deal on our new forester and it was done by email before we set foot in the dealership. To me that's a big deal because I really don't like haggling and the old way of buying cars so kudos to frank and the entire team.

I like how the service was quick and no hassle. Once I pulled in, they immediately get the info they needed and showed me where to wait and get an status update of the repair/service while waiting.

Placed an order for a 2018 Crosstrek on Subaru.com. Shane Amirkiai, an Internet sales specialist, responded immediately, and we received our new car exactly in the requested configuration, a week ahead of the due date. Thank you Shane for the exceptional service!

Shane Amirkiai was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with. He handled all my questions and concerns extremely well. Shane explained very well all the workings of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Shane to a friend or colleague.

I don't typically write reviews on yelp, but was compelled to do so after the excellent customer service I received from Stevens Creek Subaru. My previous car was totaled in an accident recently and I was under the gun to find a used car within my price range. I started online and visited several other dealerships,, where my needs were clearly not a priority, as I was buying a less expensive used car. When I arrived at the Subaru dealership, I could see it was clearly a very busy day for the sales people. However,they greeted me promptly and took me right to the used Nissan Sentra I had inquired about online. The salesperson, Hamid and the sales manager, Frank, could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I called Frank directly later that afternoon to discuss a lower out the door price on the car, then kept me on the phone while he looked it up and we discussed my options. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I returned late afternoon to purchase the car. Again, they were quite busy but handed me off to Cemal in finance to sign paperwork in a very timely fashion. Definitely the easiest experience I've ever had at a dealership, and if I'm ever in the market for a new car, Stevens Creek Subaru is my first stop Thank you again Hamid, Frank, and Cemal!

We came on a busy Saturday to trade in my car. Since our case was kinda complicated so it took longer than we expected. However, Marcus was our salesman and he was basically running around for us the whole day trying to get the right car and right price for us. He was a very nice person, he told us about his story and really made us feel like getting a car from a friend. Since the case was complicated, so there was three people involved. However, there was some miscommunications but we got a good deal from them and I can tell they were really trying to help us. And Marcus txt us and followed up with the car after we bought it too very nice of him. Overall, I would totally recommend Marcus, and his team. They really got us a good deal and great service great personality. Only disappointment was there were different people involved and miscommunication.
