Great service, awesome team. I was in there for a while over a couple days and I found the team patient and accommodating. They have be a great price and experience. My favorite part was the car delivery "ceremony." Memorable.

I contacted Roy Almeyda through the internet about a car I was interested in. He was quick and responsive. We eventually started texting and he did not try to call as soon as he had my number. He always asked and ensured that he was there to help with the process and earn my business. I wanted a straightforward answers at which he provided with no hesitation. I would recommend this dealership and Roy to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.

This is a long overdue review for Berhie Sisay. My husband and I purchased our Subaru in August. It's our first car together and the first day that we went out searching for a car. Berhie approached us asking if we needed help. He walked us over to the Subaru that we were seeking to purchase and asked if we would like to test drive it. Since we just left another dealership and had already test drive the car we just wanted to give the car one more look. Berhie help us with the paper process and also negotiate the price. During this time Berhie was patients and honesty with us. We would definitely come back and buy another car from him again.

My internet sales person Shane was very friendly the moment I walked into the dealership. Shane was very knowledgeable and gave me some smart advice. I then met with my financial guru Ali. I was in Ali's office for approximately 2-3 hours going over the various options. As part of the buying experience, the sheer amount of numbers can be overwhelming (APR, loan terms, taxes, fees, down payment, warranty options, etc.), however, if you have a kind soul to explain it all thoroughly like Ali did for me, the numbers are comprehensible and manageable. Ali was very willing to work with me and at no point did I feel pressure to sign. As a 33yr old female buying a car by myself for the first time, I had a very positive experience. Not once did I feel pressured or bullied. I had no definitive plans to buy when I walked into the dealership, but I ended up adopting the Subaru family and left with my brand new Crosstrek.
