We decided to give leasing a new car a shot after several attempts were made to buy used ones. Stevens Creek Subaru was our first stop due to its close location. The dealership is in a bit of a transition phase and the majority of the lot is fenced off for construction. Thankfully we were helped by Marcus M. who was able to take us to one of the dealership's additional lots. He made the process of picking out a car easy and the test drive process was very easy and quick to do. Marcus helped us and provided a very pressure free experiment for us. He was very understanding of our complex situation with buying the car. Thank you so much and the new Impreza is amazing!

I called to see about getting my battery replaced under warranty after finding out from my mechanic during an oil change that it failed the load test. I was past the cut-off time for new clients coming in, but they agreed to still take me in, and I was so appreciative of that! I wouldn't have made it back in until after the holiday weekend and didn't want to risk my battery dying on me. When I arrived, multiple people checked in with me and were very attentive to me. The expected wait time I was given was right on, and my issue was resolved. Thank you!

The staff and my service rep Shaun, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. A big change from experiences I've had at other dealerships. Subaru has the right idea. We are very pleased with every encounter we have had. Even when they are busy they take the time to answer questions and be helpful.

My salesperson, Berry, was the most laid back yet knowledgeable car salesperson I've ever dealt with. At no point did I feel pressured, and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. He knew the answer to any question I had about the car's technology without consulting any documentation. There was literally no haggling. I felt the initial offer was great - better than all the other offers I had gotten from several dealers in the area - and I was able to negotiate a few hundred dollars further without any back and forth. There was none of the usual hand off to 2 or 3 different "managers." It was all very straightforward. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Stevens Creek Subaru!

Last night I went to Stevens Creek Subaru to check out some vehicles. As I approached the sales facility I was greeted warmly by Arian. I had asked Arian if I could test drive a few vehicles as I knew already that that would be a burden. Arian was very nice and knowledgeable in his products I must say, every question I asked about the Outback 2.5i he knew and more then that he demonstrated everything. Sales facilities: currently they are under remodel but very easy access to customer parking and very clean facility. People: EVERYONE was super nice through out the process. I was able to work with Mr.Wise for the financing process which he made a breeze. Thank you Arian and Stevens creek Subaru for the great sales experience and my new vehicle!

Shout out to HAMID MARHAMAT for patiently helping me decide on my 2016 Forester. I went to many dealerships, and went back several times to Hamid. Last night I drove off in my new car, and couldn't be happier! Thanks Hamid, and Stevens Creek Subaru!
