Had an overall good experience here with Berry Berhie. Ended up getting the car we wanted for a fair price. Financing was not quite as smooth as I'd hoped but other things made up for that. Berry knocked an extra $100 off the price of the 2017 Crosstrek to account for our Uber ride over from Oakland and because they weren't able to wash the car in time. That was a nice touch. Looking forward to fun adventures in our new ride.

This is my 3rd Subaru, I have purchased 2 from Stevens Creek Subaru, Homayoun "Ben" my salesman is like family, every time I come in for service he greets me with a hug and we catch up. We both know this is a business and I am a consumer looking for great value. We work together until we are both happy with the sale. The whole team including Wais in finance has a pet that shares my name, we enjoy catching up on life. The team makes the experience very pleasant and I will always drive the 37 miles each way even though I have 3 dealerships between my home and Stevens Creek Subaru because of their superior support and service, thank you for another beautiful Forester! In 2013, Hamid helped my wife with the purchase of her first Subaru. A Venetian Red XV Cross Trek. Today, we returned for our second Subaru. This time, my wife preordered a 2018 Venetian Red Forester XT Touring (We like RED). Once again, it was Hamid that made it happen!!! This man has been great since we first met him four years ago. Did my research prior to contacting the dealer for a 2017 or 2018 Subaru Foresters XT Touring. Three local dealers had the Dark Gray with Saddle Brown interior that I wanted. Reached out to the three internet sales and Stevens Creek Subaru was the closest to me and one of the least expensive for the same vehicles, not to mention I've purchases two other vehicles there in the past (2004 WRX and a 2007 Tribeca B9 from Masood). Shane Amirkiai emailed me back with his price and we quickly set up an appointment to see the car. Very relaxed and very personable. Answered any questions I had, but didn't waste my time. He was honest and made the process stress free. I was given a fair price for my trade in and the finance guy was also very relaxed and made the process super easy, quick and painless. There was no painful haggling and they even got me extra discounts because I was a prior Subaru customer that I wasn't expecting. I would very much recommend Shane to anyone out there looking for a Subie. Thank you Shane! So far I'm loving the 2018 Forester XT Touring.
