My husband and I are always nervous to buy cars after bad experiences in the past. We are so happy that we decided to go to Stevens Creek Subaru and we're lucky enough to snag the best salesman Marcus! I have never encountered such a smooth process in purchasing a car! Marcus was very patient and allowed us the time to make the best decision for us. We appreciate him basically spending the entire day with us while we felt the car out and talked numbers .. it felt as if we were speaking to our own family member. Financing was a breeze ! And every little question we had was answered and explained 110% which we really appreciated ! Nothing can be more stressful than making a purchase like this but we left feeling confident in all of our decisions thanks to the amazing team at Stevens Creek. We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership!

Bought a 2018 Forester last week, love the car! My salesman Shane was the best car salesman I've ever encountered! Honored my internet price, met my trade-in price. Basically, no negotiating! He knows his Subarus and let me decide if turbo model was right for me instead of pushing me in that direction. I ended up going with the turbo, so glad I did! Highly recommend Steven Creek Subaru!

,Recently bought a Subaru Outback form them. it was as nice deal as I can get. Like most people, looked around few models and locked on Outback. I went there to check for a price, met with salesman Payman. the conversation was much easier, he explained it thoroughly and gave me few option. We did couple of test drive, one with 2.5 & other with 3.6 model, was kind of in a dilemma to choose which one, but he gave me a full list of pros and cons for both the model and finally I choose Subaru Outback 2.5. Bought it in the next day itself. Payman also did check with me couple of times after the purchase to check on new car.

I recently had my torque converter fail and I was so convinced that taking it to the dealer was going to be the most expensive option, so I tried going to other mechanics first, when I should have just brought it here. I had the most positive experience working with Jonathan for this problem. He figured out the most economical way to fix my car and now it's as good as new (with 125k miles on it). I can't say enough good things about my experience there, but I can say that I feel very loyal to them now. Customer service goes a long way! Thanks again Jonathan!
