Car shopping is one of those activities I absolutely dread. My husband and I had been putting the task off but with the baby on the way, we could not delay any longer. I have to say the experience we had at Steven Creek Subaru was truly amazing. Shane made the experience absolutely painless. Shane answered all of our questions, was able to find us the perfect car and we left that day with a new Outback that we love. I cannot recommend Shane and Steven Creek Subaru enough.

Prompt and timely service. I appreciate that you don't have to make an appointment for an oil change...just drive in and the valet will take care of you! I also appreciated that my service coordinator found a coupon to minimize the cost of the service. Much appreciated

I visited Stevens Creek Subaru for the selection of used Outbacks that they had in stock. Arian was my super-friendly representative, and he helped me learn all about the used Outbacks, inside and out, answered all my questions, and took me out for a test drive. I appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable, honest, low-pressure and responsive experience that I had with Arian, and after considering things, came back to purchase a vehicle from Arian. I felt that he helped me get a fair price with the sales manager, and was even able to help me with some of my additional requests. From there, Cemal helped me with the financial paperwork expeditiously, amidst some friendly conversation, and then Arian handed me the keys! All in all, I had an excellent experience with Arian and Cemal at Stevens Creek Subaru (as well as a little chat with RJ), and I would definitely recommend visiting the team there if you are in the market for a Subaru or a used car on their lot!

Thanks to Hamid and the Subaru team, I was able to get a car right after moving out to the west coast! They were friendly and open to negotiating to make it work within my budget. Hamid was very informative at every step and has continued to help and answer questions even after my purchasing the car. Great customer service!

Good salesmen, Hamid and Javad were great. They took extra steps to make the car buying experience more like you're buying from a friend and less from a dealer.

I got a great deal. Ask for "Shane." Their initial offer was lower than my target price. Only thing is that the water in their complimentary water fridge wasn't very cold. Bummer.
