So my brand new Toyota Prius C was totaled in a collision I was pretty shaken up so I decided it was necessary I get a safer car. So to Stevens Creek Subaru I went! At the suggestion of my boyfriend. He has had 4 Subaru's all with the help of his sales guy Hamid. He's great! He even gave us pizza! It was awesome. Hamid is the man. Paperwork was done with Bijan. Such an efficient process here and not as time consuming as other places I've purchased cars from. Much appreciated. So pretty much hooked on my Subie already. My man and I both left with new vehicles today!!

This was my second purchase from Stevens Creek Subaru. My first car was in an accident and unfortunately was a total loss. My first thought was to call Stevens Creek and see if they had similar car. Shane remembered me, found me a car and kept me updated on its arrival. The buying process was smooth, Shane even came in on this day off to get everything sorted out. If I was in need of another car, Stevens Creek would be my first and only stop.

Bottom line, fastest and easiest car purchase to date. What I accomplished at Stevens Creek in literally 1 day, had taken me over a month at another dealership. Got a quote in the morning, came in for a test drive in the afternoon, came home with a new 2.5i premium outback by 7pm. Shane, from internet sales, was personable, honest (like really, no BS), answered questions directly and thoroughly, demo-ed all the buttons and features, just making the whole process really stress free. Cemal from financing, funny guy, made the whole paperwork process quick & easy, while being transparent and detailed. Good price, great service, worth the drive from San Francisco!
