Internet sales experience with Roy was straight forward and uncomplicated. He located exactly what we wanted from the inventory and sent pictures of the actual car. Next day it was waiting for us to test drive and buy. Finance man Ali was a true car salesman and made a strong pitch to upsell the rust and upholstery protection, but took it in stride when we declined. A please to work with as he knew our numbers and was patient getting our financing in place. Overall great experience at Stevens Creek and look forward to sending my friends over to see Roy and Ali!

Matt Kanawyer & Daniel were the first interaction points for me when I walked into Stevenscreek Subaru. From the point they welcomed me till I finished my buy with them, the experience was very professional. And I always felt that they led me through the correct choices to pick my trim and they explained so much in detail about the benefits and the cost effectiveness, it was a great experience to understand what I'm taking. Their explanation gave me a clear picture of what I wanted and what I'm heading to. Matt took over from the second day and he helped me complete the transaction from beginning to end in a very smooth way. I'm pretty sure, that this experience I got in your dealership is something that its a first of its kind experience for me. Especially after walking into other dealerships like Honda , Hyundai and Nissan. I felt really home the way Matt treated me and was very comfortable. I'm sure that I got a great deal and a very good car to drive. Thanks to Matt & Daniel for helping me decide. Ali is another person who I would want to thank for helping me with a good deal on the financing part as well. Again, the amount of experience shows up in a salesman / finance person in the way they detail out the offers. I could sense it with all of you guys - not just one person. Everyone here was very welcoming and helpful. Shane was who I dealt with and he was just awesome. From the moment I registered online to say I was interested, he was there to . help me every way he can. The amount of detail and time he took to show and explain to me all the features of my Forester XT was amazing. I would most likely still not know what everything did without Shane. He was also very easy to talk to which made it easier to trust him, I would recommend Stevens Creek Subaru to anyone and Shane is the man!

Car shopping can be a tiring and stressful experience. Hamid Marhamat made this experience much more pleasant for me. He welcomed me as I was approaching the dealership door. Very patiently listened to the features I was looking for in a car. He explained the differences between the different trims and took me on a test drive. It was the last test drive I made in a long day. When I decided I want to go through with the deal Hamid was very accommodating of my concerns and preferences. The finalizing of the purchase takes several hours. During this time Hamid kept me updated on the process and where it was standing. I will definitely go back to Hamid for my next car.

Leased a new Outback yesterday and wanted to write a review because the experience was great! Arian was my salesman and was respectful, helpful, and honest. I knew what I wanted going in, and what I wanted to pay. He and his GM made it happen, and to seal the deal, Arian drove my old car all the way to my house in Santa Cruz when he got off work that night. That was completely unexpected and way above the level of service I had expected. Will definitely send friends to Arian!
