Stevens Creek Subaru made my buying experience amazing. They had the car that I wanted, listened to my needs, and were kind and courteous the whole time. The sales and financing staff got what I needed, fast. They never tried to sell me a car I did not want. Matt Kanawyer was a great salesman, very professional and listened to my needs!

Ben our salesman was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he gave me a few options, some above and some below to really give me an opportunity at any type of car. The car we decided to go with hadn't been washed yet (because they had just got it in) so he had it detailed right away as we're filling out the paper work. And even after it was done he said he wasn't completely happy with it and that if I had time I could call him and come back and have it re done. Thank you Ben! Our finicing guy Jamal (I hope I'm spelling that right) was also incredible. He was incredibly quick because he knew we were on a time crunch and was also extremely nice and friendly. He gave us a great deal on an extended warranty that really gives me a great deal of peace of mind. Thank you Jamal! Also the coffee and snacks they provided in the waiting room were delicious.

I talked to Hussein after contacting the internet sales team. His team was very helpful and worked with me to get the deal that was best for me. They stayed with me for hours after they closed to help me with my transaction. They gave me multiple options and explained them to me very well to help me make the best decision and I believe that I did. Jamal was the finance representative that helped me out. He also explained to me in great detail each options that they were offering. Thank you guys for working with me and being very patient even after staying over 2 hours just to help me with my decision. I'll bring more friends over if they ever decide on getting a Subaru.

Very thorough and I never felt rushed. Houssein took the time (even after they closed on Sunday) to test drive multiple cars and cover all my questions. I continued my search with Payman the following weekend and he was very knowledgeable and helped me filter through the huge inventory they had to find the best options for my budget. It was my first new car buying experience, and they both made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

Parts and Services: I went to the capital subaru orig since ya by my house looking for the license plate holder that attaches the front plate with 4 screws. They had told me they don't have it so I called Stevens creek and they some how they did and found it right away. Win #1 o get to Stevens creek and the folks in services guided me kindly and even said they would be able to squeeze me in right away to attach it for me (thank heavens!) parts guy was nice and gave me 15% off (happy cause capital had this as a check in on Yelp) cashier gal was also nothing but nice. Overall this was an amazing experience. Why the 1 star off@f0 Sales - The first time I came...to buy a car I was brushed off and not even acknowledged until I approached someone. Sorry I wasn't in a business suit and looked like money or could afford. Honestly I would take more off, but the service team was so nice this time kind I felt they deserved it!

Had an appointment to see A Beckmann to test drive a new forester today. Mr. B was a no show and I thought to myself that look like I need to go somewhere else to buy this car. Here came Roy to the rescue. Roy is a professional and knows his stuff. He answer all my questions. There is no pressure from him at all. We left the dealership with our car. One note to Roy's boss: He should get the credit for this sale. I will refer my friend to Roy if being ask for referral. Keep up the good work Roy.
