this is the first dealership i ever write the review. it is the number 1 dealership i recommended to everyone who want to buy subaru. i have ARIAN, one of the sales. he is always stand on your side to help you with the best deal. he is friendly, and patient. i came to the dealership today at 103F hot outside. and he is work in the sun and heat to locate the car for me. no complaint. best customer service. i highly recommend this place to everyone

I had a wonderful experience with Hamid M. Even though he was extremely busy, he still made time to be informative and helpful. I really appreciated the space he gave me to determine my decision on purchasing the car and he walked us right through the process. The dealership has a lot of cars, don't be fooled by what you don't see. Hamid is a top notch Client Advisor and he will guide you to the right Financial Advisor at the dealership. Wonderful experience and I frigging love my car!!!

First time car buyer So I came to Stevens Creek Subaru just to take a browse around to get a better grasp of what car I want to get in a couple months but ended up picking up a car that day. My experience: My dad and I arrived at the dealership and a nice older gentleman pointed us to where the cars were. When we got to the other side, we were able to meet Taz who pointed out all the other cars. Taz was very approachable and friendly. I didn't feel much pressure talking to him which probably put me at ease buying a car. Test drive went well, he knew his way around which was good because we could've been stuck in a good amount of traffic. If you enjoy small talk, Taz will definitely help you feel more comfortable. Taz introduced me to the service manager who definitely knew what he was doing. He made the whole financing portion as simple as he could for a first time buyer. No complaints on that part. Taz, thanks for the experience. I highly recommend Taz for anybody.

The service advisors were quick to help, very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately when I picked the car up from service it was unwashed and there were oily handprints all over the hood and driver door.
