This review is for the sales guy Payman. He attended us very well and was not pushy at all. I really like his attitude very cheery and positive compared to other salesmen. When we went to the dealer we were ready to buy a car. he was the only one walking around by the cars and he approached us. He helped us get a good deal, I really liked the way he handles business. He is very honest, once all the paperwork from the car was done we left. An hour later we got a call from the dealer telling us that we had to do the paperwork again because the finance guy had forgotten to add the incentive that Payman had given us. The finance guy told me I am going to save you some money but in reality he had "forgotten" to add the incentive Payman had given us. Very sketchy and shady finance guy by the way. I went back to the dealer today with a new loan from a different bank and the finance guy didn't want to take the loan payment (I know there is a grace period of 5 days and today was the 5th day). He even told me that if I wanted to do that they would charge me 500 bucks. I just left. There are people that want to make money and there's those that just wanna empty your pocket and whatever else you got. Talk to Payman, he is a nice honest sales guy and make sure that your finance guy is not the bold tall dude with colored eyes. I liked the short finance guy with glasses, he was super nice and explained all the details and asked if everything was ok, very professional. Unlike the other person.

I requested an online quote for 2017 Subaru Forester. I received a prompt response from Shane. He answered all my questions patiently. After that, I visited the dealership to test drive the car. Shane guided me throughout the test drive explaining the different features of the car. In the end, I was very happy with the offer and bought the car. I was very happy with the buying experience at Steven creek Subaru and Shane made the entire process easier and was very helpful throughout.
