My son just bought a car from Frank H at this dealership and he had the best experience for a first time buyer. Frank was informative, patient, and great to work with. My husband and I went with our son knowing that buying a car is usually a trying experience. However, this was not the case as the whole experience was pleasant. Also, the paperwork was done quickly and we had another great experience working with Cemal on the financing. Great Duo. We would recommend working with Frank and Cemal for your next Suburu purchase.

Having to shop alone for a vehicle, since my husband's illness, was something I dreaded doing. I had the great fortune, however, of getting Ben Louyeh, of Stevens Creek Subaru, for my salesman. His welcoming, sensitive, respectful, patient nature, coupled with his product knowledge, and tireless effort, put me at ease at the outset. And, after several return visits to test drive multiple vehicles, I was able, with his guidance/objective input, to determine the vehicle which best suited me. A friend recommended this location to me. I had texted Roy the night before to let him know I was interested in test driving the WRX CVT and he went and assured me that he will do his best to keep the unit for me since it was the only CVT on the lot. Sure enough, I ended up leaving the lot the next day with the car! Thanks to Roy who was awesome! Very friendly and helpful! Ali the finance manager was awesome as well. He was great at explaining everything to me clearly!

Frank Homayoun was a great Salesman to deal with. He made the car buying experience easy and simple. Once he knew what I wanted, he did an excellent job in finding the car and making sure it was everything I expected it to be. Cemal Unal made the financing part of the whole process very speedy and provided an excellent overview of all the terms and agreements. I ended up walking out with a brand new car and those two made me want to come back in the future, great dealership to work with.

Update to my review: I had Troy take care of me the last time I was there and he was spectacular! Super professional and honest! I couldn't ask for more. I was treated with respect and felt like there was no catch. It just kept getting better and better. I am forever a Subaru fan and I live what they have done with the place. I hope to get Troy again next time I go as my customer service representative. He even left me with an actual card expressing his appreciation to me. Cheers to you Troy! You rock! Dante was super about making sure that everything I asked for got taken care of. And he went above and beyond regarding a rattling I had heard in the dashboard. I got new tires. And since my brake pads and rotors had worn out in under 36k miles I got those replaced for free. I also got a 30k maintenance. Everything was carried out superbly and Dante made sure I was informed of what was going on, every step of the way.

Thank you Shane for a great experience ordering/buying my 2018 Outback. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who answered all my questions and with such great customer service. Thank you for always answering your phone and being available even when you were off!!!! I love my new Subie. Got my new RTT on top and Ceramic Pro Seal... loving the low maintenance Wilderness Green now.
