My experience at Stevens Creek was 100% efficient. Masood was informative throughout our purchase. He listened to my expectations and understood what I was looking for in a Subaru. Masood is experienced and knows exactly what to do to get what you want. He ultimately did not haggle or give any pressure in buying. Cemal from finance was professional and pleasant as well. He was straight forward and explained EVERYTHING. It was apparent that it was his priority to make sure we were on the same page. We spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership: test driving cars and working with the Subaru team Morning well spent!

Mike Pepper and Aydan welcomed me, entertained me with a quick wit, and charm while I waited for my post-purchase complimentary car wash. They are two wonderful humans! Thanks, you two!

Shane, the internet salesman, was efficient, courteous and helpful in his responses to me. We put together a deal in 24 hours and he made sure to be around off-hours in order to deliver the car. We negotiated very little and came to an agreement very quickly. I probably didn't get the "best" deal that I could have, but considering the lack of typical car dealership hassle, it was certainly worth it. Would definitely visit again and recommend Shane to anyone looking for a quick, easy experience. Car demo was also helpful.

First time buying a Subaru. Went to Stevens Creek Subaru, from a referral. Masood was amazing, best customer service, no haggle pricing and absolutely no pressure to buy. Process was pain-free! Off to the finance office, Cemal did an incredible job explaining EVERYTHING, also gave us a discount on the warranty! We drove off with a new Subaru in 2-3 hours after all the stress-free.

We bought 2 cars from Andres. One in 2012 and 2016. We never felt hasseled or pushed. We've used the service department on more than one occassion and everyone has been kind and helpful. Today was awesome. It was our mistake thinking we had an appointment when it was really a week later. They squeezed us in and fixed our issue within a couple of yours as promised. Thank you to Raul and his department for helping us out.

Jonathan completely changed my opinion of the service department at Stevens Creek Subaru. He is a tremendous Service Advisor and he is thorough, capable, knowledgeable, honest, and has fantastic customer service and personal relations skills. The last time I was in for a service, in about September, 2017, I had to wait over two hours, even though I had an appointment. When I then had asked asked about the status of my car, I was told the Service Center was busy and that I should come back! When I checked Stevens Creek Subaru on YELP! on November 23, 2017, I was horrified to read how poorly this Service Center was rated. But out of desperation due to an electrical problem on my 2017 Subaru Outback, I was forced to make an appointment with Stevens Creek Subaru. When I met Jonathan, all my fears of poor service and mistreatment were immediately put to rest. I was also very impressed with the mechanics who worked on the vehicle. They were very professional and they are a credit to Stevens Creek Subaru. After their upcoming remodel, the dealership will have more space and be more efficient, so just be patient. Any company with low reviews on Yelp knows it has to do everything it can to improve quickly. Give them a second chance.
