I walked into the suburu dealership after visiting nissan one monday afternoon. I was torn between getting a 370z from nissan or the wrx sti by suburu. I originally wanted the 370z but the dealer there couldnt give me the car at the price I could afford, which was in the low 30,000s. I decided to go to suburu to check out my other pick. When I walked in I instantly fell in love with this beautiful blue wrz sti, unfortunately the sti was priced 3,000 higher than the 370z. I was hesitant at first to even ask til roy walked up to me. He was very kind and friendly and matched my enthusiasm for this amazing machine. He was a huge fan of the sti and knew everything about it. After talking shop for a while i told him how much i could put down and my max payment. He asked what my credit score was. it was pretty measely, but he made me feel confidant regardless. He said to me " it may not be the best score but dont worry, im going to work my magic for you." he left and came back 10 minutes later with some paperwork and simply said " it wasnt easy, but we did it!" I was so happy to sign all the paperwork in the next room over. i got my wrx for much much less than I expected and couldnt have been happier. I was so glad i met roy after my terrible visit at nissan. he really made me feel like family when he took care of me. If you want a guy who isnt going to hassle you and fight to get you the car you want, then just ask for Roy.

I traveled to Stevens Creek Subaru all the way from the Central Valley because they had the best price on an SUV I had been researching for months. I was helped by Aydin and Cemal and they were knowledgeable, honest, and provided outstanding service. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I definitely recommend Stevens Creek Subaru if you're looking to buy a new vehicle.

After doing a lot of research on Subaru Foresters the last couple of months, my boyfriend and I went to Stevens Creek Subaru to look into leasing a Subaru Forester. Right from the moment we got there, everyone that helped us was very friendly. Ali was the first one to help us. I liked that he made sure that I got the car I wanted and at a good deal. Payman and Cemal also helped to get a good deal. The deal they gave us was SO good that we ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Subaru Forester. We really just had the intention of gathering information on 2014- 2017 Foresters, but the deal they gave was a very good deal that we just couldn't walk away. This is my first Subaru and I am very happy with the car and appreciative of everyone who helped us out. Thank you, Stevens Creek Subaru!

Just an update - completed purchase of my next Subaru here this past weekend. In addition to what I had mentioned before, Cemal is also a good finance guy - be sure to ask for him to help you and make sure you get a good deal if you get any maintenance packages / service plans

This was my first experience purchasing a car and I went in doing my research and due diligence. The one factor that I didn't really have control over was the sales and finance people that I'd be talking to. Thankfully, Payman Shahni and Cemal Unal were incredibly smooth, easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. The process was simple and I wasn't talked into anything I didn't understand. Quality salesmen and a quality experience.
