What an amazing dealer! If your looking to buy a new car or customize one online you need to Speak to Dennis Camba from Stevens creek Subaru. A kind family man, Dennis will be completely honest and transparent with the process. I've had other dealers hound me on the phone trying to get me to pay more because a car is in "high demand" (stay away from Brian at Subaru fremont). Dennis and the financier Luis walked me through everything, made the trade-in a breeze AND let me go with my own financing from my credit union without any hassle. These guys are the best in the business! Having been my first car purchase I couldn't have been happier.

Jose Zambrana (Service Advisor) and Andre (Technician) are absolutely amazing. This is the first time I've taken my car to anyone aside from my regular mechanic in years. After dealing with other dealerships and having nothing but nightmares, I was reluctant to bring my car here initially. Jose and Andre quickly made me feel absolutely secure and confident in leaving my 2016 Crosstrek with them. My car had been having an issue with part of the drivetrain for a while. Andre was able to quickly diagnose that the center differential of my car had begun to fail and needed to be replaced. Jose provided me with updates in a very timely manner throughout the repair and was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. While driving home the day of when I picked my car up from them I had several warning lights appeared on my dash. I reached out to Jose the following morning to verify that it wasn't related to the initial repair. I sat down with both Jose and Andre again while they quickly diagnosed the issue was unrelated to the repair and was likely an easy same-day fix. They were able to quickly remedy the issue and had my car back and detailed in a couple hours. Overall, beyond satisfied with the quality of service and repair done. I have this and another Subaru and look forward to bringing them both back here

I just purchased a Subaru Outback and received amazing customer service from Taz. The entire team at Subaru were extremely helpful and courteous . Taz answered all my questions , he was friendly , and very approachable. As a first time buyer , I had an amazing experience . I had an excellent experience with David T. in the service department. After pulling up for my appointment, he greeted me, and figured out instantly that the issue with my rear gate was user error, as I had set the memory height accidentally. He still thanked me for stopping in, asked if there was anything else that he could help with, and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all for my less than intelligent mistake. Thanks, David! I'll definitely be back.
