I purchased a Porsche Cayenne 2012 from them on November 16th they paid a different pay out amount then the contract said I call them and said I had to talk to Honda which was who they paid I had made a payment 2 days after I purchased the car so I figured I would that payment back instead they paid the amount after my payment had went thought which was 619 dollars different so be careful when you deal with them check and make sure there paying the amount they contract say I would not purchase other car from them also the car I purchased is already in the shop with a coolant leak the only good thing I can say is the salesman was a very nice guy they manager of the dealership got back to me a the If you had been resolved
What a positive and amazing ending to such a challenging decade! With the loss of our beloved Dachshund Dylen in and car break-in at work in 2018 then one major car accident ( my car was totaled) and another car break-in 2019, I needed some positive reinforcement immediately! My daughter has always had spot-on intuition and again with all the challenges...I needed a new SAFE car and we decided on a Subaru Outback Limited! The San Jose team was remarkable! I was nervous and not ready to look at cars, but my daughter put her foot down and demanded that we deal with our car situation ASAP. So I took the plunge and drove to Subaru of San Jose. TL;DR: If you want an amazing, fast, painless, and enjoyable car buying experience from a company that puts the customer first and makes you feel like family, then make sure to purchase your car through Steven's Creek Subaru (right next door to BevMo ). My mom had gotten into a seemingly minor car accident that actually totaled our little Honda HR-V. She made it out without a scratch, thankfully, but this started my search for an even safer car. My search landed me on the Subaru Outback. My mom isn't exactly always eager to make quick decisions when it comes to dealing with big ticket items, but we needed a new car ASAP and I had already done my research. After dropping subtle hints here and there, she finally took a look at the Subaru website and initially fell in love with the Crosstrek because she thought the Outback was too big. When we started our search, our auto specialist, Taz, had also suggested the Forrester, so those 3 models were on my mom's mind when we walked into the lot last night. Upon our arrival, we were greeted instantly by an extremely friendly and welcoming man (who we later found out was the GM) and another auto specialist. Kevin, the GM, let us know that Taz was with another customer, but that he'd be with us soon. Kevin then proceeded to treat us with such warmth by offering us something to drink and spending time making sure we were comfortable while we waited. Ok, so long story short, this was hands down the easiest, most fun, and exciting times I've ever experienced purchasing a car ever. Taz and his team really made the entire process painless. He really made sure all of the safety features I was looking for were included in my mom's car, and he made her feel comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. All of his detailed explanations and personal experience owning a Subaru helped to get my mom to see what a great car the Outback is. Great experience all round -- that's very unusual when you buy a car! Also wanted to call out Nicole in Service -- after 3 months the car had had a bad strut that was covered and fixed at no cost under warranty. She was first rate, and the whole service experience was stress-free.
