I was looking for a Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid and Hamid was the salesman helping me out. I was very happy with the car buying experience. The best part was Subaru ordering my car pool stickers for me!

5 stars for Jin in sales whom helped me find the perfect Forester. He was honest, professional and efficient in guiding me through the process and locking down a price I was comfortable with. I had been looking around dealerships in the East bay for a while, but always left empty-handed due to customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in the Subaru brand. After purchasing, he made sure I left the lot knowing the different car features and never rushed me. Added plus is that he also spoke Chinese which helped keep my family in the loop on what was going on. Thank you Jin and RJ, the manager, at Stevens Creek Subaru!

Bought my first WRX STI! Super fun car to drive and reasonably priced! Beau helped me out getting this car and he's actually a car guy which helps a lot. Most car dealers are just composed with people that just wants to sell. But this guy knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

We visited Stevens Creek Subaru on a Friday afternoon in February. We had already done a number of test drives at another dealer and would have purchased our car there but they didn't have the interior/exterior color combination I wanted and we prefer to buy from the dealer who has the car rather than having it brought over to our first dealer. We worked with Hossein Moghadasi. We took a test drive in the model we were interested in, then went inside to look on their computer to see the features and colors on the cars they had in stock. We saw the car we were looking for - Outback Limited XT, blue exterior, gray interior - come up and we said we were interested in that one. They brought it around and we test drove that one. We had already had our Mazda trade-in appraised and had a written offer on it from a Mazda dealer. It took about 20 minutes to complete the price negotiations. We made our offer and they accepted it without counter offering. (Of course now my husband thinks we didn't make our offer low enough! But no regrets.) There are so many things to cover these days on a car that we were there for about six hours, even though we didn't spend much time on the actual deal! We enjoyed our time with Hossein and with William, the financial guy. Both very friendly and nice people. I will say that William talked us into buying the service package, but he did it by showing us the numbers on what we would pay for service if we did pay as you go versus buying the service package. He was also able to explain why certain services would be more expensive than you might expect if you are not used to cars with a large number of sensors on it. I highly recommend this dealership's sales group. We never felt any pressure during any part of the proceedings. Hossein and William were both very knowledgeable about the car.
