Hamid was super helpful with the purchase of my new car. Both him and Andres helped me tremendously. Hamid was nice and always responsive. They really work with you and help get the best price possible. He also took the time to show me how to use all the features and answered all my questions.
I had the pleasure of working with Isaac at Stevens Creek Subaru. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive with a great sense of humor. I never felt pressured whatsoever and if he doesn't have an answer for you, he will find it. He wants to make sure he has correct information and does not provide you with any false info. I appreciate this from a customer perspective. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars rather than 5 is because I had to wait what seemed like forever for a finance guy to complete the sale. Apparently they sent the other finance guy home that day. I didn't get home until almost midnight. I live about an hour away. The finance guy and I were literally the last 2 people to leave the building. He was kind enough to offer a couple of snacks to me (I was starving). I would have liked some sort of compensation for waiting HOURS. ANYTHING. I asked to save me a trip and have it delivered. Isaac was more than willing to do this (which I appreciated), but management would not allow it. They could have offered an oil change, free first service, anything. But I was offered nothing. They obviously saw me waiting 6+ hours. Even the sales manager left for the day and said nothing to me about compensation for having to wait so long. I e dealt with things like this before at other dealerships and they will typically compensate you for your troubles. Overall, this dealership would have probably gotten a 3 from me, but Isaac saved it so I met in the middle and gave it a 4. We had thoughtful conversation while killing time. Apparently I was his first sale as he is fairly new to the dealership and selling, which was a great experience. I wish him well in the future!
I had a really good experience shopping for my car at this dealer. The gentleman that helped me (Jeff Sizemore) took me for three test drives on different vehicles without even putting a single once of pressure on selling something. He was just talking to me like a regular person, talking about the car, the engine, the features etc etc. The process took like 3 hours since he took me to the show room and two other places where they keep the cars. Overall I had a great experience with a salesman that doesn't put pressure on the customers.
My son was buying his first vehicle - it was a used Toyota Corolla and, as it turned out, Stevens Creek was selling a two year old model for about what you could buy it from Hertz Rental... We worked with Beau to do a test drive and to check out the vehicle. Even though the vehicle was a used car and not a Subaru, Beau was great - very patient and was willing to do everything he could to make my son's experience a positive one. He even filled the gas tank without us asking - and provided a recommendation for handling a super minor ding on the hood of the car. Beau took the time to work with my son and I to get everything setup the way it worked best for us. In short, I'd recommend Beau to anyone who wants a stress free time in purchasing! Bonus - as it turns out, the car my son thought he was purchasing (and the price that was listed) was supposed to have been the lower trim level. When we arrived home, my wife noticed that it was a higher trim level - which now makes sense as to why the car had leather seats, steering wheel and other extra features. Not sure if this is common, but it was a very nice surprise! If the rest of the experience had been similar to working with Beau (and the trim level boost), it would have been fantastic. I'm still giving a 5 star because I'm hoping the issues we had will be addressed by the company in short order! Unfortunately, the dealership was quite busy that day, so it took us at least 4 hours to complete the sale and financing process. That's OK - I can cope with that as well if I need to. When it came to financing, we were provided with the variety of options and service alternatives and even though we said no to a service option that was clearly not needed for this vehicle, the finance guy would NOT SHUT UP about the option! Every time he left, my son and I were making fun of him because every second word from his mouth seemed to be service deal. Clearly he's on an incentive plan around service option. And the cost of the service option was lowered multiple times. When he said he wouldn't push anything upfront, and we explained in detail why we did not need the service option he should have stopped trying to push the service option. We were likely in his office an extra 30 minutes just because of this single issue! I like Subaru vehicles and, if we end up going down that route in the future, I'd work with Beau any day of the week. I also does seem that Stevens Creek generally has it's act together to provide a fair deal for the customer. Unfortunately, if we have to work with the same finance guy, I'm more likely to leave than even start the paperwork process!
James offered me a great price on my outback! I had already test driven several at other locations and I knew I wanted the Outback in Package 13 for Premium. I didn't feel pressured at all when I talked to James and they definitely worked with the offers I made them! I also wasn't not bombarded or pressured to get anything I didn't want. I'm so glad I drove from Fremont to Stevens Creek. Thank you James for helping me buy my first new car and first Subaru!
Walked in to the dealership without any intentions of walking away with a new car. Until Radek Kubiak approached my mom and I and we instantly knew he was our dealer. Radek was very approachable, personable and easy to work with. He cut through all the chase with everything we needed to hear and answered ever question we had. He definitely worked hard to make sure I had all the options in the car I was looking for. Off the bat he let us know that he was new to the Subaru family but had experience in the industry. All in all We got the car we wanted and the price we could manage. William was the finance guy was also very personable and made us feel welcome and at ease. This was my second subaru purchase at this location and I highly recommend this subaru dealer above all others.
