My 1996 Honda Accord broke down and needed a new car quick! The Subaru dealer that helped me was Taz and he was not pushy or desperate and most importantly he was not rude. This was my first time buying a car and it went really smooth! I got the car that I always wanted and I wanted to say thanks to Taz and Stevenscreek Subaru for their help! I love my car and most importantly the wifey loves it too!

The night before I purchased my STI, I was on their website and it showed that the car was listed under new inventory. I was super excited and went there to see it in person the following day. Upon my arrival, the gentleman who didn't work the day before was unaware I f the car's existence. We both checked the website together and, miraculously, the car disappeared from their website. I went back to my car and just as I was about to drive off, Beau tracked me down in a hurry and said he was going to double check. He reassured me that he saw the car being pulled off the truck the night before. He was right! The entire transaction was completely seamless. Beau, along with their sales manager, Pedram, have completely restored my faith in the car buying process. If you're going to Stevens creek to buy your next car, make sure to work with these guys. I had the fortune of being referred to Shane Amirkiai in sales as I wanted to purchase the new 2020 Crosstrek Hybrid Plug-in. Shane was very professional, direct, helpful and friendly. We test drove the car and I actually got to get to know him personally, which was cool. Shane answered all my questions, was very quick and responsive and was patient with me as I had multiple visits to the dealer. All in all, I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend Shane. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and if he did not know an answer to my question, he would find out from the other staff. Ask for Shane! He is a good guy! Thanks Shane, loving the new ride! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this process. 7 months ago my car won't start since I was under warranty Opted to go to Subaru dealer to get a replacement instead I was charged With a 200$ bill to clean off the corrosion.fast forward to this week my battery died again after having my car sErviced for 30k miles two monthS ago(my automechanic is the best in milpitas imo) .Brought it again to Subaru and they said there was a leak in my battery. My qUestion is could we have prevented it if we changed the batttery 7months ago seems like the 200$ cleaning fee was too much. Service is great but like the usual dealer they do charge a lot.I felt lIke I was talked to some uneeded services my 1st time here. Could have had it serviices somewhere if I wasn't covered

I bought my first subaru today, a 2020 Ascent Premium with the help of Payman Shahni (Internet Sales Manager). Had a great and amazing experience. Payman really takes care of me and the transactions are so fast. I asked for a quote thru internet and they answer right away and give a huge discount. Then today i went there and got the car, no hassle and usual car sales game. I arrived at 11 am and went home by 2:40pm. The staffs are very accommodating too.
