I recently came here in my search for a new car. I worked with Taz and I liked him instantly. He was so kind and patient. He helped me get to my budget price and showed me vehicles that he felt best matched what I was looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me over several days (and lots of indecisiveness on my part) of car shopping. I never once felt pressured. Frank in the finance department was amazing! He offered top price for my trade in and beat my credit union's interest rate. He was incredibly kind and patient as well and funny too! Both of these gentleman were such pleasures to work with and I know I got the best deal because I researched and shopped around over several days. If you are in the market for a new car, you can't get a better sales team than these two! You are in good hands with them!
David Tran!...was my service writer who made these last few visits excellent. I've mostly had negative experiences at other Dealership Service centers (Fremont and Capitol Subaru), but I got lucky this time. I'm not sure if it is necessarily the entire service center that is this cool, as there was one other service writer who made me feel unwelcome, not sure his name..dude with a big beard. I had a routine maintenance, which went smoothly but needed a follow up repair because of my front left tire/steering wheel was vibrating. My car has a lot of mileage, and I am guilty of driving it kind of rough, so I see how it would have needed this done. David Tran, was clear, concise, and friendly. More importantly, he was mindful of my schedule and got me out of there as fast as possible. I will be using this service writer and dealership again for my routine maintenance as long as the experience remains this way.
I only write a yelp review when I'm either super happy with a place/service or super disappointed. In this case, I'm super happy with my 2019 Subaru CrossTrek purchase experience with the internet manager Payman Shahni and financial manager William Liu. This was the first Subaru dealership we looked into on a late Sunday evening and we made the stress free deal instantly because of PAYMAN! He is genuine, friendly, caring and patient unlike those typical pushy and sleek salesmen. He is quick at responding to your questions and needs. He treated us like a family and gave the honest advice and earned our trust. When we picked up the car, he sat in the car with us and thoroughly explained all the functions and features and made sure we were comfortable driving the new car!!! William made all the tedious paperwork singing like a breeze while explaining the details. What impressed me more is they work as a supportive team and compliment each other! I'm very blessed and grateful to have such a pleasant and smooth one stop car purchase experience! If you are looking for a Subaru for your holiday gift, come here and ask for Payman! Highly recommend him!!!
The only reason I'm giving this place 5 starts is because of Aydin. He was the most hardworking, no BS, car salesman that I ever worked with in my life. He treated me like a person and not a sale. We bought two cars from him and left our house keys attached to the old fob. He brought them to my house. Amazing customer service! Thank you Aydin!
I purchased a Subaru from Dennis Camba. I cannot say enough at how impressed I was by his willingness to help, easygoing demeanor, and responsiveness. He was consistently the first to answer my online queries, and when we went in, he was patient and friendly, answering all our questions, and making the entire buying process enjoyable. He stayed very late to get the deal done, and then continued to ensure we were satisfied following the purchase. The other managers, like Andre and William, were also a pleasure to work with. In the end, we felt like we got a good deal, and that Stevens Creek Subaru dealership earned our business. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market.
Bought a car on Saturday. Just a fantastic experience. Had test driven one a few weeks ago. Worked out what I wanted. Emailed a few dealers. They were competitive straight off the bat, and had color/trim I wanted and Andrew their Internet Manager matched my best other offer over email, which by all my research was a very competitive price. Came into dealer at 9am. I did a quick inspection and test drove it - just to make sure there was nothing wrong. Andrew had all the paperwork ready, went straight to Ali in Finance, who was incredibly easy to deal with (and quite funny too). I was out in under an hour!!! No BS, no reneging, no crazy up sells, just a great experience.
