I recently purchased a Crosstrek and I had a really great experience working with Shane! I started speaking with Shane via email all the way back at the beginning of May. He was always very polite and was super patient with me as I went through the process of deciding what car I wanted, the color, options, etc. From start to finish, we emailed over 70 times across 4 months... I've never experienced that sort of patience and care from a sales rep before! It was greatly appreciated. The car I wanted wasn't in stock, but it was really simple to get one ordered. Another thing I really appreciated about working with Shane was how upfront and transparent he was with pricing, always giving me the best price from the start. I do a lot of research and have an understanding of the prices that are out there. It was clear after just a few emails that there was no need for me to shop around. It was so nice to not have to haggle or check into fine print exclusions. I actually ended up ordering more options than I first intended to because the pricing was so good, there was no need for me to buy and install parts on my own. When I came to pick up the car I had ordered, Shane already had everything setup for me and I was in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciated that the finance manager I worked with was easy going and there was no pressure to add on additional things that I was not interested in. I'm really happy to have worked with Shane and to have purchased my new car with Stevens Creek!

Bought a new Subaru Outback from Beau Knapp this week. Dealing with Beau was a pleasure. I saw him as an honest, down-to-Earth guy who was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable; a good combination of traits for a "car salesman." I did not rate the dealership with five-stars because it is an older dealership that needs a cosmetic and functional makeover. However, from what I saw from the sales staff, plus my experience with Beau Knapp, I assume most of this dealership's success is attributable to its sales personnel.

I went in to look at a 2019 STI. I was comparing vehicles and wasn't sure on what I wanted at the time. I worked with Kyle and Shane Amirkai. Both very helpful. Long story short, Shane and team were able to give me a fair kbb appraisal for my 2007 Shelby and good deal on the STI. After two test drives I decided to move forward with the deal. I couldn't be any happier. The morning after I purchased the car I noticed a very small paint blemish that I didn't notice before buying the car. I took some pictures and emailed it to Shane. Without hesitation he immediately coordinated times to bring in the car to have it fixed. I dropped off the car two weeks later and advised of the time frame I was in before the holiday weekend. He made sure that the service department immediately took the car in and made sure I was taken care of with everything. I definitely felt like a priority 1 appreciated customer. Fast forward to Friday night he gave me a call and updated me that the car should be ready by Saturday afternoon. I followed up with him Saturday and he confirmed that the car was be delivered from the shop for pick up. I went in, saw the great professional work and was pleased with driving my car home now with no blemish. Kudos to Shane and team for the hard work and attentiveness! I have nothing but great things to say about my overall experience with Stevens Creek Subaru and staff.

We worked with Taz to just get our new Suburu Forrester. He was great to work with and very prompt and made us feel so comfortable through the buying experience. I was doing research online after going to a dealership and he reached out right away and gave such helpful info. He was prompt, so helpful and made the experience so easy and not the typical long wait in the buying process. He got us to go online for finance before even going to the dealer and also got us the car before we even expected it to arrive on the lot. They didn't have one on the lot so he reserved it for us. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend him and the car! WE LOVE IT!!!
