My first time buying a car from a lot. Hossein was very friendly and helpful. I'm in love with my new Subaru!

I worked with sales associate Taz when I purchased my Subaru, and I really, really enjoyed and appreciated my time working with him. Taz is honest, helpful, super knowledgeable, kind, and well-prepared. My partner recently bought his new car with Taz, too, and he was excited to bring me to Taz when I told him that I was interested in buying a Subaru. It helped a lot that I knew what I wanted when I got there, which was a new used car. Taz knew the car I wanted, he went through the car's history, how much it cost, what the process of buying it would be like (it was my first time buying a car), and he was patient with me the whole time. He even got me some free floor mats when I asked, since the car didn't come with any. While my partner and I were waiting to talk to the finance office, Taz waited with us and helped me figure out my insurance options, and he even shared information about his personal insurance plan, and it made me feel like the choices I made were sound and secure. I love my new ride, and I'm thankful to be a in safe car-thanks Subaru and Taz!

All of the people I met at Stevens Creek Subaru were very nice without pushing the hard sell. My client advisor was Hamid Marhamat. Hamid was nice and took his time working with me. In fact, Hamid, Frank, and William all took time to explain all the options and customize a choice based on my needs. I had decided to lease a vehicle but they were very busy and I had a prior engagement and told them I would return the next day to finalize the paperwork. They did not hassle me and we took care of everything in the morning the next day.

Stevens Creek Subaru Service Department made good on fixing my stripped oil pan drain plug. Service is fantastic as usual. I am happy that my BRZ problem had a positive resolution. I'll give credit where credit is due. Thank you.

This place has changed the way I think of buying a car. My experience with Toyota and Honda dealers has always been okay as I have always found their sales team as only concerned about "closing" the deal and not bothered about customer experience. At Subaru, it was altogether opposite, I visited them for test drive and I was explained about the vehicle in detail. The Vehicle was not in stock as I was picky about the color so they ordered it and reserved the vehicle without taking any deposit. The vehicle was available 2 days before their committed date and was communicated through phone and email. I had a tight schedule on the day I had to pick the vehicle and I spoke to sales rep and expressed that I have only two hours available. He kept all papers ready when I walked in and it took a little over 1 hour to sign the docs, examine the vehicle, dealing with finance team. My timeline was his only concern through out the process. I wish Toyota dealers can learn from Subaru.

I had an awesome experience leasing the Subaru crosstrek. Kyle Cai was extremely patience with my questions and very knowledgeable about the vehicles functions! Best of all he's able to give me the BEST DEAL for my lease! Thank you Kyle!!!
