First and foremost I want to thank Steven's Creek Subaru for all their hard work! In particular Ben, he was patient, understanding and efficient. I'm so thankful I gave my business here rather than the Colma Subaru who were just $$ hungry. Never once did I get that feeling from Ben and their staff. They made sure I received everything I needed and wanted, I am over the moon with my (black on black) 2019 Ascent! Even after purchasing the car, Ben made sure to follow up and check in on both myself & the car. Steven's Creek Subaru make sure all your needs are met and will drive down from San Bruno to make sure my car gets the maintenance & care it deserves! My wife and I was interested in purchasing the new Subaru Ascent. This was our first time visiting this dealership and we couldn't be any more happier with our purchase and the Client Advisor that helped us the whole way, Hamid Marhamat! As soon as we stepped into this dealership, we were greeted by Hamid. I told him what we wanted, what we didn't want in a vehicle, price we were comfortable with and etc. Buying a car could either be a great or bad experience and I have to say Hamid has gone above and beyond expectations! Not only did he get us what we wanted in a family vehicle, but got us an even better deal than we were asking. Searching for a new car, discussing details and even down to the paperwork was a walk in the park. My wife, three kids and I left the Stevens Creek Subaru satisfied. This is a shout out to Hossein Moghadasi and Shane Amirkiai, who definitely went above and beyond in helping me with my car purchase. After going through the car purchase experience several times, I have to say that one of the most important things that you need in a salesperson is a willingness to advocate for the customer. Both Hossein and Shane did just that. Shane and Hossein got me a great deal and were really responsive to my inquiries. I have been trying to get a 2011-2014 WRX wagon for years and I finally found a great example on the lot. The transaction went extremely smoothly and the negotiations with lenders, etc. happened all over the phone! That is unheard of. Usually you sit in there sipping the dealership's watered down coffee reading the auto manufacturer's magazines from 3 years ago because your phone has died. No not at all. I was able to do everything with Shane over the phone while at work. Great work guys! I will definitely be recommending you in the future!

Great experience at Stevens Creek Subaru. Customer service by our salesperson, Beau, was outstanding. He was available either online or in-person any time we needed while we discussed and finally picked out the car we wanted. All the details were taken care of in advance, so the final pickup was super easy and fun. Beau was very helpful and got us exactly what we wanted!

After visiting several dealerships I went to Stevens Creek Subaru to purchase a new Forester and to trade in my olderSubaru. Beau was the salesperson who helped me. He was fair, listened to my requests, met me half way when I negotiated a deal and made sure I was happy with the proposed trade and purchase. He handed me off personally to Taz the advisor who stayed with me until after closing to ensure I had everything I needed to drive away in my new car. It was pouring rain, after 9:30 pm and he went over all the new nobs and buttons so I could get home safe. I appreciate the personalized attention from both Beau and Taz. It made the entire experience wonderful
