This is our 2nd car purchase from this dealer and so far we were happy with the service we got. A couple of positive points with our recent purchase of the Subaru Ascent (1) Joseph Anoya, who assisted us, is very patient in showing us options even if it means going to another one of their car lots. It is offsite of their main building (2) he was honest and willing to work with us with our budget, and not push or try to sell a higher end model (3) very respectful to me and my family (4) the location is very accessible and not too far from the freeway (5) Joseph also looked through the inventory thoroughly and made sure we get the specifications we are looking for (6) the manager tried his very best to give us the best price to fit our monthly payments While we have great experience, there will always be room for improvement (1) i am sure there is a good reason but buying a car takes foreeeever. Hope in this day and age this will be improved (2) if waiting cant be avoided, hope the seats are more comfortable to lounge on (3) the restroom can use more lights and some modern upgrade. Highly recommended dealer :)

This is by far the friendliest dealership in the bay. I was looking to buy my first car and it was pretty overwhelming (I'm not a car person). I went to two dealerships before Subaru and felt defeated. When I got to the Subaru dealership, I checked in with the front desk lady, who is really sweet. I started looking around the lot to see what options were available and was promptly greeted by Andrew. Andrew is seriously the real MVP. He made this "new car buying" experience sooo easy. He emphasized to test drive the car like "how I really drive" so I can get an accurate feel of the car and how it would fit my personal lifestyle (I drive faster than I should). Andrew wasn't pushy at all (as the other salesmen I worked with was). He gave me ample time to think about all my options and understood my budget. It took me about three visits to build the car I wanted, he was very patient. If you have a choice to work with anyone at Subaru, Andrew is the person you want to work with. He will make this process enjoyable and easy. I love my new crosstrek, she's perfect

I bought my first car at Steve's Creek Subaru. They went above and beyond with answering questions I had about the car before I made the long drive down there. Even when we were in the signing process the head mechanic came into the room and said he wasn't happy. He gave me new tires, buffed out some scratches and gave it a good wash. Excellent service. If you have the opportunity to choose who to work with Andrew is an honest salesman who works with your budget & RJ will find a scratch underneath the car and will fix it. The whole dealership goes above and beyond & I really appreciate the time and effort they put forth.
