Updating my review. I had a repair that went fast and smooth within one day and the car was returned to me the same day. It was really great and I don't have an issue anymore. Minus one star because scheduling an appointment takes too long. The service department doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't return the calls. Have to call them again a few times.

Car was ready when promised and Wally did a good job explaining what would be done.

I had an outstanding experience buying a new Outback in this dealership. All expectations were met - Shane is an awesome salesman to work with, the car is best and the price was reasonable. If you love Subaru I will highly recommend buying from here especially from Shane.

Sales Rep Shane Amirkiai was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and clearly explained options and advantages on both the vehicle and financing. No high pressure sales pitch just a informative, honest and trustworthy interaction. I truly believe that Shane's number one priority is a Excellent Customer Service Experience.This was the least painful New Car experience we have ever had. Shane addressed ALL of our questions and concerns with clear and concise explanations.All of the Subaru dealerships were within a couple of hundred dollars of each other we went with Steven's Creek Subaru because of the personal service we received from our sales rep Shane Amirkai.

My boyfriend and I purchased an Outback from Matt Kanawyer in the internet department this weekend. Matt was extremely patient, friendly, and never pushy with us. We didn't feel pressured during the entire process. Matt took his time to explain the features of the vehicle and answer my million plus one questions. I compared our purchase price to offers from other dealerships, and was extremely happy.Matt even stayed past the time he was supposed to be off the next day for us to pick up the vehicle, since we couldn't get there till 7PM. Highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new car!
