I had an excellent experience with David T. in the service department. After pulling up for my appointment, he greeted me, and figured out instantly that the issue with my rear gate was user error, as I had set the memory height accidentally. He still thanked me for stopping in, asked if there was anything else that he could help with, and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all for my less than intelligent mistake. Thanks, David! I'll definitely be back.
