Hamid is an excellent salesperson and I highly recommend visiting him if you are interested in a great deal on a Subaru: Hamid was knowledgable, kind, patient, thorough, and took the time to show us all the details about the Subaru Forester we were interested in. We went on a nice long test drive, in which he very graciously accepted to sit in the back seat with my two kids. He then proceeded to kindly answer my kids' silly questions! Hamid is a great guy with an obviously good heart, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. We originally received an online quote from Cemal, but as Cemal was leaving for the day, it was Hamid who explained all about the car to us, and he clearly knows cars and has worked on them, so my meticulous engineer husband (who works on cars as a hobby) had the confidence in Hamid's expertise. If you are thinking about buying a Subaru, I can recommend Hamid without hesitation and think you will not go wrong doing business with him. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the deal we were able to negotiate with Hamid.

The workers here treated me wonderfully, like the only customer in the lot! Hossein was incredible! Not only did he help me buy a car, he did everything in his power to make sure that I was happy with my decision. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a fairly priced, reliable car. I couldn't have asked for a better way to expand my lifestyle!

The entire team that helped me here from beginning to end was hands down amazing! I did all my homework and research before calling this place, as I had previously test driven the Outback at a different dealership and knew the exact trim, color, and package I wanted. I called around to a few different dealerships getting quotes, but the phone conversations I had with Cemal (pronounced Jamal) and his manager Masood is what drew me into the dealership. Cemal spent a good hour helping me over the phone (without even meeting me!), to help me get the car and price that I wanted. He talked to multiple managers to ensure I could get the best deal possible, and I know it wasn't easy! Upon arriving at the dealership, I sat down with Cemal to proceed with paperwork and the entire process was smooth and efficient. It was obvious that providing exceptional customer service was his number one priority, as he said multiple times "as long as you're happy, that's all that matters." I felt extremely confident in my purchase, knowing that I was being taken care of and never pressured into any type of sales tactic most would expect of a car salesman. I met his manager Masood, who was also extremely helpful and honest. He helped me adjust some pricing options of additional accessories I wanted to add on to the car. Bijan was the financial manager that helped me complete all my paperwork. He was very personable and never pushy about any of the additional warranties or protection packages available for purchase. He simply showed me the different options they offered and I responded with the ones I was interested in. Originally, I had traded in my old car but the next day a friend had expressed interest in buying it. So I went back to the dealership, and with no questions asked, Ali helped me re-do all my paperwork and even walked me over to the parts department to pick up my rear seat protector, then to my new car to help me install it. I couldn't have asked for a better team at Stevens Creek Subaru. They made my car buying experience such a good one, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If you're in the market for a new Subaru, ask for Cemal and I can assure you won't regret it! Thanks again guys!

We just bought a car for our son's graduation from Stevens Creek Subaru . I can't say enough about the smooth flawless experiences that we had from the staff and general manager and finance personnel . They were courteous , considerate and very pleasant.

I bought a sedan here last week, my very first car. Had a very positive experience. I walked out of two dealerships earlier because I knew what I wanted and what I would pay. This dealer has the biggest selection of subarus in the area. I wanted a 2015 Legacy, and they had 10 or more in various configurations compared to the single Legacy at the smaller dealer farther up 101 (Carlsen). I worked with a sales rep named Chip who was really friendly and patient and the experience went a long way to changing the view I held of car salesmen. I felt like he was authentic and wanted me to be happy. He even called and emailed me in the day or two after the sale to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions (e.g. about the bluetooth pairing for my phone) or concerns. I definitely recommend this spot for a no fuss experience.

Got my new legacy from here. Nice people. Hamid helped me through the process and it was smooth. Stepped out with a car in 3 hours.
